Gatti / Garti
Gatti is one of the taller slayers and he also has silvery gray
hair color similar to Dilandau's. He delivers messages to dilandau from
Zaibach's higher authorities. However, being a message boy to Dilandau has its consequences.
When Dilandau doesn't particularly like what Gatti relays to him its Gatti who gets smacked.
*Dilandau and Folken conversing in dil's room. Door opens.
Gatti:"I'm coming in!"
Dilandau:"What happened?"
Gatti:"Sir, His Excellency General Adelfos has sent
us a message."
Dilandau:"From his Excellency Adelfos...? Read it."
Gatti:"Yes sir. We're ordered to occupy Freid. We'll
head for Asturia with my army."
Folken:"One of the four general's himself? The location of
the power spot has been found huh?"
Dilandau:"Then, what Lord Dornkirk's been looking for was finally.."
Gatti:"The Destiny Predictor spotted the shadow of the dragon."
Capture it before the operation begins."
Dilandau:"Alright!" (starts to run off)
Gatti:(with a little smile on his face) "Postscript.
Don't have too much fun."
Folken:"Heh.."
Gatti:"That was.."
Dilandau:(smacks Gatti)
Gatti:(glares at Dilandau)"That was all."
And as with the other slayers he stands and takes it without complaint.
Gatti also gives orders to the other slayers when Dilandau isn't around. He reminds the others
that they do not function without Dilandau.
::The fort under seige by the Crusade::Gatti Dalet and Chesta in the hall::
Gatti:"Where's Master Dilandau?
Chesta:"I don't know!"
Gatti:"We can't move without his orders. Let's split up and find him!"
::The three split up and run down the halls::
*Gatti seems to report all things to Dilandau.. such as
the time they were waiting to attack Allen's fort to capture the dragon.
Gatti:(to Dilandau)"Scout squads in position."
Dilandau:"Good. Prepare for battle."
Gatti:"Aye sir!"
Gatti, like Chesta, isn't afraid to tell Dilandau when he thinks
his master is making a mistake.
::On a cliff looking down on the Crusade flying off::
Dilandau orders to chase them in flight mode.
Gatti:(knowing that Folken wished for them to be unseen so that
Asturia won't blame Zaibach for the attack.)"But we can't use
the Stealth Manteaux in flight mode!"
Dilandau:(knocks Gatti's guymelef down hard. The others catch
and support him.)"Just destroy everything you see!!"
*Gatti outshines the other slayers in his quick flying techniques.
In the battle against the crusade Gatti comes out of nowhere down upon
Allen, sweeps to the river and blasts back up to take out the Crusade's
sail. He then takes over the fight against Allen so that the others can
focus on pursuing Van and his dragon. Allen manages to swipe off the right
arm on Gatti's guymelef sending Gatti flying off the Crusade to the river below.
Gatti:"D-Damn it!!!"
*Again, Gatti is brave enough to correct Dilandau's behavior. He suffers greatly
for this.. Dilandau:(picking at his wound)"The wound tingles..prick prick prick..
Gatti:"Dilandau-sama, you shouldn't touch the wound..
Dilandau:"Nani?!" (Punches Gatti HARD in his left cheek)
Dilandau lifts the limp Gatti up to his face. "Do you feel the pain in my heart?"
Gatti:"I-I'm very sorry!" Dilandau throws Gatti down the stairs.
Dilandau:"On my beautiful face.."
*Despite all the abuse Chesta and Gatti seem to usually be the first slayers
to come to Dilandau's mind. When he's in distress they're the first he calls out to.
