I am hoping that with your help I can have one of the premier sites for patch identification. My goal is to be able to show a picture of each patch in my collection and a bit of information about the Police Department that it belongs to. I am looking to show the name of the department, which state or province or country it is in, how many police officers the department has, what special units the department has ie: K9, SWAT etc, and the population that the police serve ie: 2 million, and put a link to the departments webpage should the department have one.
