Thanks for dropping by!

Education
does help to dispell
the horrors that a person faces.

To my friend Wolf
you have been a friend and an inspiration to me.

Thank You!

To my friend and chosen sister, Diana,
Thanks for being you!
Diana shares Poems By Diana,
that she has written
that tell her story of survival and
that are her way of breaking the silence.

Hi there! Here is some general information about me!

I was born in 1941.
Employed for many years in the Health Care Field.
Am now a disabled person
and taking good care of myself.
In about 1988, I was adopted by my cat, Mungo.
He and I have been happily co-existing since then.
Thanks for dropping by.
Please explore some of my other pages.

Here's where you will learn a bit more about me

I am proud to be Canadian.

I am owned by my cat.

I have inherited many Dunbar traits.

I am a Macintosh Computer user.

I am a Rogers cable user.

I am a Residential Broadband Users Association (RBUA) member.

I am an advocate of Self Management of Health concerns
in consultation with your Health Care Team.

As Self Management is such a large field,
I have narrowed it to Arthritis in general
and some of my own symptoms specifically.

I am learning about
a wonderful internet experience
that should help me gain
financial freedom, independence and self-worth.

Are you a Chronic Pain sufferer?

You might like to look at A Health Information Resource
which contains links to information on Chronic Pain.

As you can see this site is still under construction
so please hang in there and wait a bit for me to learn the next byte.

Please come again in another month or so
(or maybe longer as fibro fog seems to have me in its grip)
for another look-see.

e-mail.
