| Who Am I? ___In short, I am me; a kaleidoscope of the hopes, dreams and beliefs of those around me, with a twist. I am at times meek and scared, curled in a tight, clenched ball as the dark, dank brutality of reality encases me like a black fog, crushing me while scratching it's icy claws across my soul. ___I am also strong, filled with fiery conviction joined in a symbiotic marriage with my gentle spirit, or with the never-ending rage of the downtrodden and suppressed, destroying all in my path. Nothing can stop me as my gargantuan mass rages above my enemy. I am an unstoppable force, like a black hole alone in its immensity, draining all light and life that dares defy me. They all are engulfed into the nothingness that is me, leaving behind faint, shattered traces of any who cross me. I leave a frozen trail of destruction in my wake. ___I am all of these things and more tightly contained in a small body. ___Separated by a thought... ___An emotion... ___I am me. |
