1 cube butter, softened
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon or pineapple juice
1 lb. powdered sugar
Cream together first 4 ingredients, mix in powdered sugar (on low speed). Mix until well creamed. Spread on cake, refrigerate until time to serve.
