This impenetrable fortress on wheels was made famous during the Battle of Spica, where 7000+ Space Police Troops were killed and a Solar Snooper factory was destroyed. The Turtle is not only a heavily armoured troop transport (can carry a full complement of soldiers and equipment), but a powerful tank during ground warfare. It's two mounted cannons and forward laser batteries provide excellent support for the troops inside, while the two shield generators keep it safe during mobilization. The one drawback to the Turtle is it's thirst for energy. It uses so much power for weapons and shields, it often only lasts a half an hour before shorting out. Nevertheless it is one of the most feared vehicles in the galaxy, and Space Police has been trying to develop a countermeasure for this terror for months now.
