This small structure is a mostly automated device used to relay information to Nightstalkers through out the galaxy. This outpost is usually built on the dark sides of moons or in extreme polar latitudes in order to keep them secret from the enemy. Occasionally, these posts require small amounts of maintenence. When a tune up is required, it is the Nightstalker pilots themselves that know most about the computers and devices inside, and therefore, they are the custodians.
