Castle Wall Access: Route E
Approach: Climb over the usually locked gate at the end of the road. Walk straight across the field to the woods, and follow a faint trail into the trees. Follow the trail across some small streams, then bushwhack up left to the obvious large expanse of rock, avoiding a disgusting stagnant pond near the base of the cliff
Character: A large expanse of rock, at the foot of the escarpment, but peculiarly unattractive for climbing.
