December Updates
12/29 - Well, nothing much today, except I got our site into the Top 100 Nintendo Pages. Vote for us here. Maybe this will make even more people come to our site.  | |
12/28 - Hmm.... basically all I did today was update the Quote of the Week and updated the ToC (November Updates new? Whups...). Oh, by the way, runner up for Quote of the Week is "Prince Poo...(blush). You are such a hunk." - Girl in Daalam from Earthbound. Just thought I'd let you know. | |
12/26 - Well, I just finished creating our Award for all you visitors with websites to try and win. Visit this page to submit your site, and remember that I probably will be changing the award as time goes by. | |
12/24 - Wow. I'm done putting up the new layout. Only 2 days... that's really fast compared to the few months spent on the Tables Project. Anyways... I updated my personal page, and probably will change my review on Final Fantasy 8. | |
12/23 - If you haven't noticed anything different by now, then you are probably new here. I've begun the changes in the format, and even though it's probably really uneven... it will be done before 2001 hits. Also, Moco-Loco has signed the guestbook again, because his "Pointless Place" website has moved URL's. Take a visit if you dare... | |
12/20 - Well, as some of you may have noticed, I haven't updated in a whole 8 days. Poo has been on an updating spree and has forced me to update, since no one on the EBcrew has had 5 updates in a row. The truth is that I haven't had access to the internet in those 8 days, so all I could really do is update the quote of the week that should've been changed 3 days ago. I guess I am sorta lazy too. Hopefully this problem with the internet will be fixed so that I can make better updates.  | |
12/15 - Ha ha ha... 4th update in a row... I changed the Image-Less page so that the headers for each section are more noticable, and I updated the Submission page so that Zelda 64: OoT is there (oops...) and also made it so that you can submit stuff. I'll be waiting patiently by my mailbox for the tons and tons of stuff we normally get... | |
12/14 - Well, I worked a little on the Main Page, but nothing too significant, it's all in the actual source. I have, however, begun work on the Game Section pages, like the Reviews page, the Cheats page, the Quotes page, Images page, the Walkthroughs page, and the Music page. These pages are not connected to anything yet, but I will later on, probably with the release of the new layout. | |
12/13 - Awesome! Yesturday we set a new record in hits, getting 183 hits in one day! Our previous record was 166 hits on Election Day. Hmm... maybe since the parents were off voting the kids started goin on the Web... just my guess though. Other than that, I worked on a Submission Form page so people with things to submit will be able to do it with ease. Also, the page is not yet complete (so don't send anything through that yet), I will finish and release it along with the new layout soon... | |
12/12 - Well, I've updated on the same day as Jeff again... so here goes. I worked out the huge bugs on the Image-Less page, and I have one statement to make. Our message board is NOT a place to put ads for your "awesome" pay-to-surf program. Our message board is for visitors to help each other in subjects we might not be able to answer. Oh, and by the way, if you've looked at the new layout, did you notice links for Final Fantasy 9 and Chrono Cross? Hmmm... I wonder why I put them there... | |
12/12 - Man, I must say our site has come a very long way since I began working on it. Though there is still much to accomplish, lately I have felt as though there is nothing to do to improve the site. That's why suggestions from people really help keep the site going (no requests for a Poetry Corner though...ugh...). Well anyway, I have made a few minor changes to the Main Page, such as fixing little typos that have been bugging me and correcting weird spacing and whatnot. Well the page looks great now, especially since I took off the poll we had (which only got 54 votes and has been up for several months!!! UGH...). As it turns out "Quote of the Week" won by having 70%, as opposed to "Random Quote" which got 30%. I have added a Quote of the Week and will continue to do so every week. Hopefully it will be a hit, and I will try to post the funniest and/or coolest RPG quotes I've seen, so don't expect any stupid quotes. Well that's all for today, and please send me suggestions for the site here!!! | |
12/11 - Well, seeing as the Super Mario RPG section has been neglected for a while now, I added six screenshots to the Images section. In other news, I have been working on a new layout for our site. You can see what I have done here. But, like with the tabletest.html of before, this HTML file is definitely not what the final product will look like. Hopefully there will be a nice Christmas present awaiting our visitors soon... wait... was that too obvious? | |
12/9 - Like Poo, I also got the Rhino 3D image creator thingy. I've been playing around with it, learned very basic things, yet through trial and error I finally created this. It's a logo for the site, which is actually halfway decent. Hopefully I will get better with the image creator and will make cooler things. | |
12/8 - I did a few things today. Well, I found out that Bo's Earthbound Site gave as Site of the Month! That's two awards for this month!!! So I added his award for us under the first award we got in the Awards Section. I also posted two new links in the Links Section, so check them out! And remember, Ghost of Starman is watching...... | |
12/6 - Wow. After all this time, we have some recognition. I have applied for, and now won, the award for Site of the Month from EB Xtreme. Because of that, I put up an Awards page, and added it to the TOC. Many thanks go out to Ness Xtreme who took the time to look at our site and give it this award. | |
12/1 - Well, I guess I'm the first to update in December. I just got this 3D image creator named Rhino, which is actually a pretty cool tool for 3D graphics. I played around with it for a while, and started to learn the basics. Check out what I did here. If I get better, this may be another way to create images for the site and/or the new layout. In other news, I added the December updates to the TOC and added the Cool Junk page as well. | |
