Not only does Kick Fit hold group classes, but you can also book private tuition at low cost, and there are always upcoming seminars on all classes taught at Kick Fit. You too could reach the top with full pursuit of a martial art, and a fitness programme, and once your membership fee is paid you are welcome to use the Kick Fit gym, and all the equipment available to students including kick bags, punch bags, gloves, kick shields, and focus mitts. Kick Fit gives you an excellent chance of surviving not only in the ring, but on the streets.
