What is a kinder picture then that of a young foal and his dam? *G* Midnight Silver, though born black, will soon turn a silvery grey like his dam. In fact, grey horses are always born black - every lippizaner, every andalusian... they slowly turn grey as they age. Indeed, this is a trait missed entierly by most of the Grand Champions - just look at all those white foals! Midnight Silver here is at least showing the correct formations of the type ;)

At first glance, this looks like a very straightforward custom, considering it used to be a Midnight Star.... except, when I got him, he was three-legged colt :P His right hind leg was completely re-modled by me. And you can't even tell, which was exactly the point :)
