They had 11 children Delima, Denny, Evelyn, Rose, Wilfred, Marei Emma, Joseph, Hyacinthe (Who is my great-grandfather), Alma, Delia, Josephine. His father was William Sterling and wife Rosalie Dubois. Julienne parents were Pierre Charron and Sarah Lauson. The Thibeault family there are alot of them. My grandfather was Midas Thibeault married Stella Richie, married September 15, 1928. He was born October 1900, and died February 3, 1950. Stella was born October 1910, and died December 9, 1951. His father was Charles Thibeault married Emma Mero married November 11, 1885 Tecumseh, Ontario. He was born May 13, 1861 and died September 12, 1951. Emma was born March 2, 1861 and died November 23, 1926.Stella's parents are Isidore Richie and Mary Charron married February 13, 1888 Isidore was born June 25, 1865 date of death not sure. Mary was born Abt 1870 death not sure. The Metivier family came from Paincourt and GrandPointe area. My grandfather Alfred Jeffrey (b. 1893 N Dakota) married Anna Benoit in Chatham (b. 1897 at Big Point, Ont) at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Nov 25, 1913 and had children Wilbur, Raymond, Hector, Donald and Dennis in Chatham. Anna died Feb 4, 1940 and I've learned is buried at St. Philips Cemetery in Big Point but her grave is unmarked - I'm hoping some Benoit family can help point out the exact gravesite to me so I can place a stone now. Any local Benoit relatives who can help??? Also son Wilbur was killed in WWII, and I'm trying to learn of an obituary in Chatham papers, or if he's remembered on any Chatham/Kent WWII shrines.
