We began in 1997, Mike and myself (Tomnm) went off on our search. We needed to start a band and we needed band members. We found a bassist and singer, Spanky. He was kinda quiet but he could sing and play bass up to what we needed. After a few unproductive band practices I found our first drummer. At first we called ourselves "Rational Suicide", just a pure juxtapositioning but after we just decided that the name "harbinger" could be sufficient. We are the music makers here to romance you and entice you we are the harbingers.

After an unproductive half year we acquired an excellent drummer (james) and went on to produce the music self described as hardcorexperimental. Around the same time I asked a good friend and aspiring DJ Lukasz to play samples for us. With a new bassist (sean) we could now focus on our (de)construction.

We went on to produce our first rough demo, Fresh air and sold out. Now we are working on our compositions of the violent film strip in the key of Dmajor.
