Bet you're wondering where I get all my crazy coupons huh? Well I start off with the staple of all couponers. The Sunday Inserts or Supplements. These typically come every Sunday and there are usually two (2) inserts: A Valassis and a SmartSource. These two inserts are indeed the staple BUT each area may receive coupons for the same product/item but the dollar value printed on the coupons may be different!

There are also many many sites to either trade coupons, buy coupons and even print coupons on-line! As far as I know, these sites are legitimate and I have used them personally myself. Any link you find here on my pages have been accessed by me, personally. The couponing services you see here are those that I personally have used myself. Trading coupons on the internet is solely to be judged at your own discretion. There are many sites for trading coupons and even lists that have trustworthy traders noted. However, there are traders out there that are to be avoided. I don't personally keep a list handy myself but you can request to be added to the "Trader Alert Listing" which is moderated by Garnette Blanton. It is best to stay honest and prompt with your trades to avoid being added to this list. Most folks are very very generous to begin with so it's really not worth being dishonest...word will get around with your coupon trading reputation!
