All the purchases from the dealer, now and in the future
will not be used to intercept any cable television signals
without the proper authorization from my local cable
television company and payment of all lawful charges prior
to the purchase of the equipment. I will use the equipment
in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
As a further inducement to the dealer, I the purchaser
agree to idemnify the dealer for any cost or expense which
the dealer may incur as a result of my breech of foregoing
declaration. I will hold myself personally and solely
responsible for any infractions this may cause the dealer.
