"Danielle can you get the phone?" Kim yelled.
"Yeah."
"Hello?" Danielle asked as she picked up the phone.
"Uh...Is Kim there?" a voice asked.
"Sure, may I ask who's calling?"
"Isaac." he said.
"Ok, hold on Isaac, let me go get her."
Danielle set the phone down. "KIM!!!! IT'S FOR YOU!"
"WHO IS IT?" Kim yelled back.
"ISAAC SOMEBODY...I DON't KNOW!"
"Oh my god!" Kim said. She cleared her throat and picked up the phone. "This is Kim."
"Hi...it's Isaac." he said.
"Hi. What's up?"
"Not much. I was just wondering if we're still on for tonight?"
"Sure." KIm said.
"What do you wanna do?" he asked her.
"I don't care. I'm up for anything."
"Okay. How 'bout we go to that new amusement park downtown?"
"Sure. That sounds cool!" Kim said.
"So, what time should I pick you up?"
"How about 6:30?"
"Sounds good."
"Okay, I'll see you then." Kim smiled even though Isaac couldn't see it through the phone."
"Ok, bye." Isaac said.
"Bye." Kim hung up the phone and clapped her hands together. "I've got a date, I've got a date!" she sang happily.
"With who?" Danielle asked. "Isaac?"
"Yep. With Isaac."
"Isaac who? Do I know him?" Emma asked, coming into the room.
"Isaac Hanson." Kim said.
"Oh my god. You can't be serious?" Danielle said.
"I am. Dead serious. I met him today at the music store and he asked me to go out with him tonight."
"We have to get you ready now don't we?" Emma said.
"Hey Darcy! Get in here! You'll never believe this."
"What?" Darcy asked, running into the room.
"Kim has a date with Isaac Hanson!"
"Do you think you could set me up wtih Taylor?" Darcy asked, batting her eyelashed teasingly.
"I don't know. We'll just have to see, won't we?"
"Let's get you ready!" Emma said, dragging Kim up the stairs.
"We're just going to the amusement park. I don't need to get all dolled up!"
"So? You still have to look nice." Danielle insisted as she pushed Kim back into a chair in the bathroom.
"Fine." Kim said, as Darcy, Danielle, and Emma began to work on her hair.
