This site may look a teeny bit intimidating when you first surf on over here. That's why we've set up this page to help you get the most out of Hanson UK without suffering a headache trying to sift through it! Most of the material you find here is genuine UK material, since we try to make the site as relevant as possible. Over the last year and a half, UK sites have suffered from a serious drought of decent material, but now Hanson are back in town and Hanson UK will be following them all the way!

The site is maintained by Dan Lawson and Verity Milligan, who have both followed Hanson from the start. I (Dan) got into things properly a little later on, but I did see Hanson's first MTV showing of 'MMMBop' and indeed, I'm afraid I bought the single on its day of release for a train journey! Vem knows just about everything there is to know about Hanson and helps out with material, since I'm hopeless at it! Between us we think we do a pretty good job, and we welcome any contributions to vem_and_dan@hotmail.com.

You'd be surprised - Hanson UK was roughly established in late 1998 after a search brought up next to no UK-specific sites!! A Yahoo! club rapidly followed in December 1998 for the same reasons, and it has since amassed over a hundred members, but UK online following seems to be few and far between. Check out the links page for up-to-date info on UK sites!

Like every great question-fudger in history, we're gonna tell you that we're only as reliable as our sources. We aim to draw on a wide range of information, including UK magazines, television programmes, websites etc., but we can only bring you news when it happens!! Of course sometimes we're bound to miss something - if you think you have news we haven't featured yet, e-mail us.
