BMW M3 Touring (E46) While BMW continues to deny the plan of putting E46 M3 Sedan into production, once the M3 Coupe is introduced, there is a possibility that they will make M3 Touring. Where as the M3 Sedan would maybe clash with the M5 Sedan, M3 Touring would compliment M5 quite nicely since M5 isn't offered as a Touring model. BMW may be tempted to put the E46 M3 mechanicals into the upcoming 3-series station wagon and voila! It would result in one of the world's fastest ways to bring groceries home and take the kids to the soccer practice. a station wagon bodystyle is in the works for the E46 3-series, M3 Touring becomes
a very attractive and intriguing thought. The receipy is quite simple: take the engine and suspension bits from the
E46 M3 Coupe, add a bespoke sports interior and top it off with nice set
of wheels. This M3 Touring is shown on 18" replicas of M RoadStar
wheels, as first shown on the M roadster/M coupe (17" on those cars).
