"The Red Road" is the term used almost universally by the indigenous peoples of the various tribes and cultures of peace in America to signify the enlightened spiritual pathway of life for those to travel who have surrendered their selfish personal desires to better serve the common good of the people and follow the directions of conscience thereby to live a peaceful and productive and happy life by "Walking The Red Road to Personal Peace for the Wonderful Community of All Our Relations Thereby Manifesting Global Peace Now."

The Red Silk Road Peace March Project was inaugurated by a Peace Walk Ceremony (in California from Keene to the Capital Hills Global Peace Zone Parksite in Tehachapi) on the August 24, 2003, 9th birthday of the first white buffalo calf (named "Miracle") -- which was born August 24, 1994, (in apparent fulfillment of the prophetic teachings of the Holy White Buffalo Calf Pipe Woman about a thousand years ago) and "Archie lived to see the day".
The detailed history of the development and inspiration for this Silk-Road-to-Peace project, to share this teaching of "The Red Road to Peace and Harmony Among All Our Relations, Our Family of Life on Earth" is publicly archived in posts to the main project announcement list to organize a Peace March Around The World from San Francisco departing March 20, 2004, as The Red Silk Road Peace March, as a "Peace Relay Walk" to Japan, South Korea, North Korea, China, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Jerusalem, Europe, across the USA to California ending at the gate of the Cesar E. Chavez Foundation La Paz Community in Keene, California, on October 31, 2004, in respect of "El Dia de Los Muertos" -- Beginning the annual holiday celebrations (usually through November 2nd) honoring the memory of the ancestors -- "The Day of The Dead".
