With the Falling Stars

Burning
with unearthly fire
we fell
from the sky
along with the stars
you and I
as one
falling
the wind whipping at us
burning without pain
in a fire
of love
and
magic.
plunging into the sea
still one
alone now
    the stars more frail
    and easily defeated
we plunge beneath
the salty brine
and flood a sparkling
tropic isle
      ...or three
    while the 3rd moon
    sets
    with a brief flash
    of azure
    over the mountains
    in the north
and our passion peaks
beneath the sea
at the oceans floor
    in the rolling hills
    a pegasus nuzzles his mate
    and they speak
    softly
    of heirs
    and dynasties
    and empires
and the rolling surface
of the sea
breaks loose
as we emerge
    a smiling group
    of golden fish
    in a fountain
    where time meets space
    in an undiscovered realm
    of beauty and
    freedom
and we rise
once more
flaming anew
into the starry sky
the velvet sky
of my domain
    a phoenix takes wing
    its flaming nest
    a memory
we dance through the sky
and glide across the clouds
and the universe
    bends
      to
        our
          will....
My love, my falling starmate
my Sapphire poet dreamer love
    it takes a woman
    to make a man
    a Man
you are a goddess
and now I am
a god
      ...and we rule
      together
      as one
and a sparkling butterfly
lands lightly
on your fingertips....
