Sending files in ICQ is easy and here are the steps to accomplish this:
The party you are sending the file to MUST be online.
(Yes, I know the picture show offline so no email on this) :))

Step #1: Click the person's name you want to send the file to.


Step #2: Click File


Step #3: Locate file to send. Click down arrow.


Step #4: Click C:


Step #5: Double click the folder the file is in. (Junk Folder in this case)
Step #6: I want to send the bean file so double click that.

Step #7: Click send and it will download to the other party.


That is all there is to sending a file.
