For you first time visitors, this is the personal web page of TOM MILLER.
There are a lot of us Tom Miller's around so let me clarify which one I am. I am the Tom Miller who was born in Atlanta, GA in 1957. I grew up in Conyers, GA, Berkeley Heights, NJ and Birmingham, AL and graduated from Birmingham's Berry High School in 1975 and Mississippi State University in 1980 and 1983 and from East Central University in Ada, OK in 1990.
I have spent some time in Kenya, Hawaii, Russia, Haiti, Peru and Nigeria but for the last 25 years have mainly lived in Oklahoma.
If that doesn't distinguish me from the others then how about this: I am the Tom Miller whose middle name is "Luper", that's right "Luper". Rhymes with SUPER. Yeah, it's strange but it's mine. Okay, that should about do it for background information.

What's Going On?
I am currently working as a contractor for Colorado State University's Center for Environmental Mgt of Military Lands (CEMML) at Tinker AFB. I am doing what I have done for the past 25 years - mapping, GIS and GPS. Some of my former employers are the City of Shawnee, Citizen Potawatomi Nation, City of OKC Department of Airports, Enogex, Chesapeake Energy, Topographic Mapping Company and The Benham Group.
I bought a house in Shawnee in 2012 and hope to continue my hobbies of tinkering around with woodworking, gardening, hiking, travel and photography. I live a pretty simple lifestyle and am content with trying to be in the world but not of the world.
One of my passions for the last 30 years has been teaching kids the Bible, both locally and on numerous mission trips that I have been fortunate enough to have participated.
