 * TBI Raiders is an organization formed by two unique individuals who had sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury.  But besides this, it is for others who had sustained a TBI.  These are the ones striving to succeed in school and life.

Who is this organization for?
Those who not only have sustained a TBI , but are in grades K-12 or are in college.

What does the organization offer?
It offers supportive networks, volunteer service to get involved in where you can learn to work along side others, gain multiple skills, a chance to get your voice heard amongst leaders, and the chance to make friends.

How do you feel those of us in the TBI Community are portrayed on television and in movies?  Do you think anything needs to be done so that we are portrayed fairly?

News Media

Time to unleash all your feelings as to how the news moguls report on issues that pertain to the TBI Community.  How much or how little do they take the time to report on issues important to those of us with TBI?

School

While there may be some schools that are wonderful for students with a TBI to attend, there are some that just stink when it comes to listening to the needs of their students who live with a TBI.  Why don't you come and tell TBI Raiders about your school and how you'd rate them and why.

What is the best way of banding together and having our voices heard???

We all want our voices heard and want something done that will really help us.  Something that has been spin in so many different direction you don't know what it's for.  We are the best individuals that would be able to tell what works for us and what doesn't.  I mean we live with the disability, so why shouldn't we be able to get our voices heard and have those in power hear how it is really affecting us.  That's why I propose we start banding together through TBI Raiders Volunteer Service and start effectively getting our issues out and seeing to it that something is effectively done that helps us.
