News Flash for September 23 at 1:46p.m. CST

I've been working on my web programs on this site, but haven't uploaded them yet. Last month I lost my grandfather. Even though it's slowly, I'm still working on the website when I can. I'm doing it slowly so I don't get burnt out from doing it since I'm primarily the only one doing this. But I did get some contributions to the newsletter.

Yesterday I went to the hospital with a friend since my friend had to have some tests done. We got there early so we went by the trauma unit in one of the other hospitals. I told them who I was and when I had been a patient at one of the neighboring hospitals. I told them about TBI Raiders and NYLN. I also gave them my business cards for both organizations. But I am at home today doing some updating on the web program I am working to the TBI Raiders newsletter and then also doing housework.

I will just say this. I'm not up for advertising anything not related to TBI. BUT the only reason I am putting this on the site is so in case any of you guys who have sites, here's a hint: this is a way to increase traffic to your site. Okay yeah I know this site was set up for survivors but what if someone who isn't disabled but knows of someone who is? This is a great way to further get notification out about not only Traumatic Brain Injury, but that there is a site set up so they go to and just sort of relax.

I've created a site ring. If you have a site created for those who have sustained traumatic brain injuries, I encourage you to join the ring! This ring is meant to be a community for those of us who have sustained traumatic brain injuries. It's our own little support network. Also, please also sign the guestbook.
