The Legend of Zelda: Trading Card Game
Rules Section
Section 3. Setup of the Game
This section covers what you need to play the Legend of Zelda: Trading Card Game and how to set up the cards.
A. Bring a Courage Deck or a Power Deck to the
game.
The deck must include the following:
1. 1 Theme Card
This provides the basis for your deck: Which Battlesites you’re going to use and which Main Characters you are using as well.
The Battlesite Deck must consist of
6 Battlesites of
which the Attacks are fought at. You may only have Battlesites which contain a
Title or Subtitle listed on the Theme Card of your deck.
When Battlesites are played on the Table, group them
according to their Subtitle. From Left to Right (Player 1's Left) here is the
order in which to place Battlesites for the different Lands in LoZ:TCG:
Hyrule Koholint Island
Termina Holodrum Labrynna
3. Draw Deck of 60 Cards
Your Draw Deck may not contain more or less than 60 cards.
4. Game Counters
In order to pay for Characters and Items
(and some Events) in LoZ:TCG,
you must use up Rupees in your Rupee Wallet. Bead Tokens work wonders for this,
but pennies can also get the job done (plus, with Pennies, it’ll kind of be
like paying real money to play the cards
).
Also, use the Game Counters to represent Wounds on Characters.
5. 20-Sided Die
In LoZ:TCG you accumulate Triforce Points. A 20-Sided die is recommended to keep track of Triforce Points, although a piece of paper and pencil can also get the job done.
B. Setup of the Cards
During a game of LoZ:TCG, the layout of the cards should look a little something like this:

The Legend of Zelda is the property of Nintendo™. The Legend of Zelda: TCG design, look and gameplay is the intellectual of Chazz™ and the creator wishes any fans to request it's display on their pages before doing so, or submitting Dream Cards for the game as to not conflict with any cards currently in development. The Rules to The Legend of Zelda: TCG were created by Chazz™ and Card Dreamer™.
