INSTRUCTIONS (For IRC newbies):
  1. Wait for Java Applet to load.
  2. Wait for it to connect to server and log you in.
  3. Type "/nick YourName" to change your name to whatever you want.
  4. If it says "This nickname is registered and protected.", repeat step 3.
  5. Type "/join #lic" to join the chat channel.
If you know IRC commands, good for you, since this Applet can join ANY IRC server
