"...until the 19th century, the knowledge of BABYLONIA and Assyria was based on

The great city of BABYLON [Sumerian for 'god's gate] was the capital of an empire
that was often in conflict with the Jewish people. It was built on the Euphrates River in
Mesopotamia, about 50 miles south of modern-day BAGHDAD - in IRAQ. In biblical times,
this rich metropolis was surrounded by walls so thick that horse-drawn chariots could
ride along the top. The grandest of its more than 50 temples honored the Babylonian
creator-god MARDUK. Somewhere between 700 to 600 B.C., NEBUCHADNEZZAR II
conquered Judah, and in 596 B.C. he brought thousands of Jews to Babylon. That was
the beginning of the BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY mentioned in the BOOK OF
LAMENTATIONS. Shortly thereafter, Nebuchadnezzar ordered the building of the Marduk
temple tower [The TOWER OF BABEL]. The Jewish people remained in captivity until
Babylon was conquered by the Persians in 539 B.C. Now, this is where it begins to get
really interesting. The history and FUTURE of the Tower of Babel and the Babylonian
Empire are discussed very specifically in the Bible:

"And the whole earth was of ONE language, and of one speech. And it came to
pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar
[BABYLONIA]; and they dwelt there. And they said one to another, Go to [come], let us
make brick, and burn [bake] them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime
[asphalt] had they for mortar. And they said, Go to, LET US BUILD US A CITY AND A
TOWER, WHOSE TOP MAY REACH UNTO HEAVEN; and let us make us a name, lest we
be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth." GEN. 11:1-4

A few years ago, a handful of "internationalists" ordered a tower to be built in
NEW YORK CITY - probably as close as you can get to a MODERN-DAY "BABYLON." It
would be a monument [and the seat of power] to "multiculturalism" and a "one-world
religion," not to mention the death of God and Christianity! Keep this building - and the
idea behind it - in mind, as we continue our tale of MAN'S PRIDE AND GOD'S JUDGMENT:

"And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men
builded. And the Lord said, 'Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language;
and this they may begin to do; and now NOTHING WILL BE RESTRAINED FROM THEM,
WHICH THEY HAVE IMAGINED TO DO. Go to, let us go down, and there CONFOUND
THEIR LANGUAGE, that they may not understand one another's speech. So the Lord
scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of the earth: and they left off [gave up]
to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called 'Babel; because the Lord did there
confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad
upon the face of all the earth." - GEN 11:5-9 [Lucifer tried thisand God threw him out of
Heaven and condemned him to eternal Hellfire. Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate of
the Tree of Knowlege of Good and Evil. For this attempt to be like God, He banned them
forever from the Garden. God is our Creator, and He will never permit man to supplant
Him!]

Today, SADDAM HUSSEIN is attempting to rebuild the CITY OF BABYLON and the
TOWER OF BABEL, claiming he is the reincarnation of King Nebuchadnezzar. Meanwhile,
the internationalists - who proudly declare themselves to be ILLUMINISTS [worshippers
of Lucifer, i.e., Satan] and HUMANISTS [worshippers of Self] - are creating a WORLD
OLIGARCHY, wherein they will rule all the people of the earth as their lords and masters -
and as one with their god: LUCIFER. By the way, our present god is money. Don't you
find it interesting that one of the names for money is "LUCRE?" Now, before we continue
with our timeline and see what these idiots have done to accomplish their mission, let's
go back to the Bible and see what Isaiah 13 prophecied for Babylon:

"And BABYLON, the beauty of kingdoms, the glory of the Chaldeans' pride, Will
be as WHEN GOD OVERTHREW SODOM AND GOMORRAH. It will never be inhabited or
lived in from generation to generation; Nor will the Arab pitch his tent there, Nor will
shepherds make their flocks lie down there." - vs. 19, 20. In other words, Babylon was
condemned to be a place of total DESOLATION - forever! Except for "desert creatures,"
"owls," 'ostriches," "shaggy goats," "hyenas," "jackals," "hedgehogs," and "swamps of
water." Did this happen? Grolier Family Bible Books tells us that "In the centuries after
the Persian conquest, numerous rebellions and invasions reduced most of Babylon to
rubble, and the once-proud city has essentially been DESERTED for more than 2,000
years." But what about Saddam? Isn't he rebuilding it? Yes, but he cannot give a
guarantee that he will finish it before JESUS CHRIST comes back for the final judgement.
And before that happens, Iraq will be right in the middle of ARMAGEDDON. What do you
think are the chances of Babylon and the new Tower of Babel surviving? About the same
as a snowball's in Hell, maybe?

U. S. SENATOR JESSE HELMS (R-NC) warned America of 'establishment insiders,'
who are 'bringing this one-world design - with a CONVERGENCE OF THE SOVIET AND
AMERICAN SYSTEMS as its centerpiece - into being.' 'The influence of establishment
insiders over our foreign policy has become a fact of life in our time,' the Senator
charged. 'It is an influence which, if unchecked, could ultimately subvert our
constitutional order.' In this 1987 Senate speech, Senator Helms also identified the
ORGANIZATIONS through which these insiders operate:

'A careful examination of what is happening behind the scenes reveals that ALL of
these interests are working IN CONCERT WITH THE MASTERS OF THE KREMLIN in order
to create what some refer to as a 'New World Order.' Private organizations such as the
COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, the ROYAL INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL
AFFAIRS, the TRILATERAL COMMISSION, the DARTMOUTH CONFERENCE, the ASPEN
INSTITUTE FOR HUMANISTIC STUDIES, the ATLANTIC INSTITUTE, and the BILDERBERG
GROUP serve to disseminate and to coordinate the plans for this so-called new world
order in powerful business, financial, academic, and official circles." [1]

"Shortly after the Civil War; a young immigrant, who called himself JACOB H.
SCHIFF, arrived in New York...[on] a mission for the HOUSE OF ROTHSCHILD...[to] (1)buy
into a banking house which was to be the springboard to acquire CONTROL OF THE
MONEY SYSTEM of the United States..." in addition, he was to...(2) FIND DESIRABLE
MEN, who for a price, would be willing to serve as STOOGES for the great conspiracy and
promote them into high places in our federal government, our Congress, and the U.S.
Supreme Court, and all federal agencies. (3) CREATE MINORITY GROUP STRIFE
throughout the nations; particularly between the WHITES and BLACKS [and] (4) Create a
movement to DESTROY RELIGION in the United States; but CHRISTIANITY [was] to be

destruction of Christianity could be accomplished only by THOSE WHO ARE

D. ROCKEFELLER picked up a young, so-called, Christian minister by the name of DR.
HARRY F. WARD...and thereupon in 1907 he financed him to set up the METHODIST
FOUNDATION OF SOCIAL SERVICE, and Ward's job was to teach bright young men to
become, so-called, ministers of Christ and to place them as pastors of churches. While
teaching them to become ministers, the Reverend Ward also taught them how to subtlely
and craftily preach to their congregations that THE ENTIRE STORY OF CHRIST WAS A
MYTH to cast doubts on the divinity of Christ...in short, to cast doubts on Christianity as
a whole...much of it to be done by crafty insinuation that was to be applied, in particular,
to the youth in the SUNDAY SCHOOLS. Remember LENIN's statement: 'give me just ONE
GENERATION OF YOUTH and I'll transform the whole world.' [This is at least the THIRD
generation since that statement - and he was right; the WHOLE WORLD HAS BEEN
TRANSFORMED! How do you LIKE it?] Then, in 1908 the Methodist Foundation of Social
Service - which incidentally was AMERICA'S FIRST COMMUNIST FRONT ORGANIZATION
- changed its name to the FEDERAL COUNCIL OF CHURCHES." [2]

"The 16TH AMENDMENT income tax trap was intended to confiscate and rob the
earnings of the 'common herd': YOU AND ME. It was not intended to even touch the huge
incomes of the ILLUMINATI gang: the Rockefellers, the Carnegies, the Lehmans, and all
the other conspirators. So together, with that 16th Amendment, they created what they
called the 'TAX-FREE FOUNDATIONS' that would enable the conspirators to...avoid
payment of virtually all income taxes. The excuse for it was that the earnings of those tax-
free foundations would be devoted to 'humanitarian philanthropy.' So we now have the
several ROCKEFELLER foundations, the CARNEGIE and DOWMAN FUND, the FORD
foundation, the MELLON foundation, and hundreds of similar tax-free foundations.

"...these foundations...finance all the CIVIL RIGHTS groups (and CONSERVATION
movements) that are creating all the chaos and rioting all over the country...And what are
the hundreds of billions of dollars they confiscate every year from the earnings of the

gimmick which gave billions to communist TITO plus gifts of hundreds of JET PLANES;
many of which were turned over to CASTRO, plus the costs of TRAINING COMMUNIST

to other ENEMIES OF THE UNITED STATES. That's what that treasonous railroaded 16th
Amendment has done to our nation and to the American people, to you and to me, to

"...on [SCHIFF's] orders, COLONEL HOUSE and BERNARD BARUCH organized
and set up what they called the COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS - the new name
under which the ILLUMINATI would continue to function in the United States. The
hierarchy - officers, and directors of the CFR - is composed principally of descendants of
the original Illuminati, many of whom who had abandoned their old family name and
acquired new Americanized names. For one example; we have DILLON, who was
Secretary of Treasury of the United States, whose original name was LAPOSKY. Another
example is PAULEY, [Any kin to Jane? Hmmm...] head of the CBS TV channel, whose true
name is PALINSKY. The membership of the CFR is approximately 1,000 in number [closer
to 3,000 today] and contains the heads of virtually every industrial empire in
America...And of course, all the international bankers. Also, the heads of the tax-free
foundations are officers and/or active CFR members...all the men who provided the

Throughout the 19th century, from 1814 to 1914, the world, as a whole, was at peace...All
the great nations were PROSPEROUS and the people were staunchly nationalistic and
fiercely proud of their SOVEREIGNTIES...the peoples in all nations are the real power
and...ONLY...WAR could make the peoples yearn and clamor for peace ensuring a one-
world government. But it would have to be a frightful and horribly devastating war...a
WORLD war...The cry for peace must be made UNIVERSAL..." [4]

AUTUMN 1914

"In its 1928 SURVEY OF AMERICAN RELATIONS, the CFR reported, 'In the first
months of the World War, a new movement sprang up 'spontaneously' - the LEAGUE TO
ENFORCE PEACE.' [5] Actually, it didn't...The League was the creation of one THEODORE
MARBURG, a wealthy internationalist from Maryland, and was funded primarily by
ANDREW CARNEGIE, at the time reputed to be the richest man in the world...Concerning
Wilson's involvement with [the League] the 1928 volume reported:

'As early as the autumn of 1914 Wilson said, when looking ahead to the end of the
war: 'all nations must be absorbed into some great association of nations...' When Wilson
was persuaded to speak at the League to Enforce Peace banquet in Washington on May
27, 1916, he endorsed the program of that organization only indirectly, making no
mention of force; but he advocated the general idea of a league with such ardor that he
was henceforth regarded as its champion.' [6]

SEPTEMBER 1917

"COLONEL EDWARD MANDELL HOUSE [President Woodrow Wilson's closest and
most influential advisor]...wrote the first draft of the LEAGUE OF NATIONS COVENANT
and, in September 1917 convinced president Wilson to commission a group of
'intellectuals' to devise terms for peace and draft a program for a world government. The
group, later known as 'THE INQUIRY,' included '...NORMAN THOMAS, a Marxian Socialist.
And the secretary was a gentleman named WALTER LIPPMANN...And then there were a
couple of brothers, enterprising chaps - ALLEN WELSH DULLES [later Director of the CIA]
and JOHN FOSTER DULLES [later Secretary of State]' President Wilson drew heavily
upon the work of The Inquiry in formulating his famous FOURTEEN POINTS program
which was presented to Congress on January 18, 1918, as a peace strategy to save the

MAY 1919

"...the COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS was launched at a May [30th] 1919
meeting held at the Majestic Hotel in Paris. Joining American members of the Inquiry
were like-minded internationalists from Britain belonging to the elite, semi-secret ROUND
TABLE group begun by that diamond and gold mogul of fabled wealth, CECIL RHODES."
[8] According to Rhodes' biographer...'The government of the world was Rhodes' simple
desire' [9]...'The founding president of the CFR,' wrote author James Perloff, 'was JOHN
W. DAVIS, who was J. P. MORGAN's personal attorney and a millionaire in his own right.
Founding vice-president was PAUL CRAVATH, whose law firm also represented the
Morgan interests. Morgan partner RUSSELL LEFFINGWELL would later become the
Council's first chairman. A variety of other Morgan partners, attorneys and agents
crowded the CFR's early membership rolls." [10]

JULY 1921

"The AIIA...merged with the COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS (CFR), a
languishing discussion group which had been formed in New York City during the war.
The merger was formally incorporated in New York City on July 29, 1921...Since that time,
the CFR has greatly influenced American foreign and domestic policies to fit the designs
for world government envisioned by its founders, and has CONDITIONED the American
people to ACCEPT THE CHANGES as both wise and necessary..." [11]

NOVEMBER 1932

"...Schiff and his gang had financed the Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, takeover of Russia
and fashioned its COMMUNIST REGIME into becoming their CHIEF INSTRUMENT to keep
the world in turmoil and to finally terrorize all of us into seeking peace in a U.N. one-world
government. But...the Moscow gang could not become such an instrument until and
unless the WHOLE WORLD would accept the communist regime as the legitimate DE
JURE GOVERNMENT of Russia. Only one thing could accomplish that and that was the
RECOGNITION BY THE UNITED STATES. The conspirators figured that the whole world
would follow our lead and that was their bag to induce Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover, to
grant that recognition. But ALL THREE REFUSED...the Stalin regime was in dire straits.
Despite all purges and secret police controls, the Russian people were growing more and
more resistive...in November 1932 the conspirators achieved their greatest coup: they
landed FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT in the White House, crafty, unscrupulous, and utterly
WITHOUT CONSCIENCE...Without even asking consent of Congress, he unlawfully
proclaimed recognition for the Stalin regime...And exactly as the conspirators figured, the
whole world did follow our lead...Roosevelt and his traitorous State Department kept
building up the communist menace...We know all about his secret meetings with Stalin at
YALTA and how he, with Eisenhower's help, delivered the Balkans and Berlin to Moscow
and last but by no means least, we know that...20th century Benedict Arnold not only
dragged us into...the one-world government, but actually schemed all the arrangements
to PLANT IT WITHIN OUR COUNTRY. In short, the day that Roosevelt entered the White
House, the CFR conspirators regained full control of our foreign relations machinery and
firmly established the UNITED NATIONS as the HOUSING for the ILLUMINATI ONE-
WORLD GOVERNMENT."

"...after [the] Wilson debacle, they began to formulate plans to achieve control of
BOTH of our NATIONAL PARTIES...control of just the man in the White House would not
be enough, they would have to provide that man with TRAINED STOOGES...to head the
STATE DEPARTMENT, the TREASURY DEPARTMENT, the PENTAGON, the CFR, the
USIA, etc...every member of the various cabinets would have to be a chosen tool of the
CFR, such as RUSK and MC NAMARA, as well as all the UNDER SECRETARIES and
ASSISTANT SECRETARIES. That would give the conspirators ABSOLUTE CONTROL of
all our policies, both domestic and most important, foreign. That course of action would
require a RESERVE POOL of trained stooges, instantaneously ready for administrative
changes and for all other exigencies. All such stooges would of necessity...have to be
MEN WITHOUT HONOR...SCRUPLE...CONSCIENCE. These men would have to be
VULNERABLE to blackmail...the conspirators knew that...ANOTHER WORLD WAR WAS
VITAL...a horrifying world war...All the European nations were at peace. None had any
quarrels with their neighboring nations...But the conspirators had to have a war. They
had to find or CREATE SOME KIND OF AN INCIDENT to launch it. They found it in a little
inconspicuous and repulsive little man who called himself ADOLF HITLER...He advocated
the restoration of the old German military to be used to CONQUER THE WHOLE
WORLD...But the new authorities in Germany didn't want any more wars and they
promptly threw the obnoxious Austrian house painter into a prison cell.

"Aha! Here was the man, decided the conspirators, who, if properly directed and
financed, could be the key to another world war. So while he was in prison; they had
RUDOLPH HESS and GOERING write a book which they titled: 'MEIN KAMPF' (My
Struggle) and attributed the authorship to Hitler - exactly as Lipdenoff wrote 'MISSION TO
MOSCOW' and attributed the authorship to JOSEPH DAVIES, then our ambassador to
Russia and a stooge of the CFR...The conspirators then arranged for a wide circulation of
the book among the German people in order to arouse a fanatical following for him. On
his release from prison (also arranged by the conspirators), they began to groom and
finance him to travel to other parts of Germany to deliver his rabble rousing speeches.
Soon he gathered a growing following among other veterans of the war that soon spread
to the masses who began to see in him a SAVIOUR for their beloved Germany. Then came
his leadership of what he called his brown-shirt army and the march on Berlin. That
required a great deal of financing, but the ROTHSCHILDS, the WARBURGS, and others of
the conspirators provided all the money he needed." [12]

JULY 1935

"On July 19th, 1935, U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union, WILLIAM C. BULLITT
(CFR) sent the following dispatch to SECRETARY OF STATE CORDELL HULL:

'It is...the heartiest hope of the SOVIET GOVERNMENT that the United States will
become involved in WAR WITH JAPAN...To think of the Soviet Union as a possible ally of
the United States in case of war with Japan is to allow the wish to be father to the
thought. The Soviet Union would certainly attempt to avoid becoming an ally until Japan
had been thoroughly defeated and would then merely use the opportunity to acquire
Manchuria and Sovietize China.' [13]

JANUARY 1936

"The Democratic Party nominee for President in 1928, ALFRED E.
SMITH...watched the transformation of our government in silence until January 25, 1936,
when in Washington, D.C. he said:

'...This is not easy. It hurts me. But...during my whole public life, I put
PATRIOTISM above partisanship. And when I see DANGER...it is difficult for me to refrain
from speaking out...What are these dangers I see? The first is the arraignment of CLASS
AGAINST CLASS. It has been freely predicted that if we were ever to have civil strife again
in this country it would come from the appeal to PASSION and PREJUDICES that comes
from demagogues that would incite one class of our people against another. In my time I
have met some good and bad industrialists; I have met some good and bad financiers,
but I have also met some good and bad laborers, and this I know, that PERMANENT
PROSPERITY is dependent on CAPITAL and LABOR alike.' After announcing that he had
only one choice, his WITHDRAWAL from the NEW DEAL, Smith concluded: 'Now in
conclusion, let me give this solemn warning. There can only be ONE Capital,
WASHINGTON OR MOSCOW! There can be only ONE atmosphere of government, the
clear, pure fresh air of FREE AMERICA, or the foul breath of COMMUNISTIC RUSSIA.
There can be only ONE FLAG, the STARS AND STRIPES, or the RED FLAG of the Godless
Union of the Soviet'." [14] [Of course, we know that today they are still trying for ONE
flag, but it's not Red or Striped. It's the BLUE AND WHITE FLAG OF THE UNITED
NATIONS!]

1938

"Twenty-five years after FDR appointed Justice Black to the Supreme Court in
1938, the leftist trio in black robes, DOUGLAS, FRANKFURTER and BLACK still held
sway. They contributed to the destruction of the RIGHTS of the separate STATES,
permitted FEDERAL INTERVENTION into every phase of business and private life; and led
the movement to destroy the SECURITY LAWS of the nation. JUSTICE BLACK, in his first
25 years on the bench, participated in 102 cases in which subversion and Communists
were involved. He compiled the astounding record of reaching a decision FAVORABLE
TO THE COMMUNISTS in ALL 102 cases! JUSTICE DOUGLAS participated in 100 such
cases and favored the Communist position 97 TIMES. FRANKFURTER, third man in the
trio, went along with Douglas and Black until his final three years on the bench when he
SWITCHED and rather consistently opposed the Communist position." [15]

SEPTEMBER 1939

"COMMUNIST INFILTRATION OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT began in the 1930s.
On September 2, 1939, former communist WHITTAKER CHAMBERS provided Assistant
Secretary of State ADOLPH BERLE with the names and communist connections of TWO
DOZEN SPIES in the government, including ALGER HISS. Berle took the information to
President Roosevelt, but FDR LAUGHED IT OFF..." [16]

"Gradually Hitler became the IDOL of the German people and they then overthrew
the Von Hindenburg government and Hitler became the new fuhrer. But...none of the
other Nations felt it was a reason for another war against Germany and the German
people were not yet incited into enough of a frenzy to commit any acts against any
neighboring nation...The conspirators realized they would have to CREATE such a frenzy,
a frenzy that would cause the German people to throw caution to the winds and at the
same time horrify the whole world...The conspirators suddenly remembered how the
SCHIFF-ROTHSCHILD gang had engineered the POGROMS in Russia which slaughtered
many, many thousands of Jews and created a WORLD-WIDE HATRED for Russia and they
decided to use that same unconscionable trick to inflame the new Hitler-led German
people into a murderous hatred of the Jews...Such a hatred would have to be
manufactured so HITLER was to create it. This idea more than appealed to Hitler. He saw
in it the grisly gimmick to make him the GOD-MAN of the German people...In the eyes [of
the International Bankers], the slaughter of the several hundred thousand innocent Jews
by Hitler didn't bother them at all. They considered it a NECESSARY SACRIFICE to further
their Illuminati one-world plot just as the slaughter of the many millions in the wars that
followed was a similar necessary sacrifice. And here is another grisly detail about those
concentration camps. Many of the Hitler soldier executioners in those camps had
previously been sent to RUSSIA to acquire their ARTS OF TORTURE AND
BRUTALIZATION so as to emphasize the horrors of the atrocities.

"All this created a new world-wide hatred for the German people but it still did not
provide a cause for a war. There upon Hitler was incited to demand the
SUDETENLAND...That demand led to further Hitlerian demands for territories in Poland
and in the French Czar territories and those demands were rejected...[Hitler] entered into
a PACT with STALIN to attack and DIVIDE POLAND BETWEEN THEM. While Stalin
marched into one part of Poland (for which he was never blamed [the Illuminati
masterminds saw to that]), Hitler launched a blitzkrieg on Poland from his side. The
conspirators finally had their new world war and what a horrible war it was. WORLD WAR
II was launched by the German invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939...'Within a week
[of the war's start], HAMILTON FISH ARMSTRONG, Editor of 'FOREIGN AFFAIRS,' and
WALTER H. MALLORY, Executive Director of the Council [on Foreign Relations], paid a
visit to the DEPARTMENT OF STATE...The Council representatives suggested that...the
Council might undertake work in certain fields, without, of course, any formal assignment
of responsibility on the one side or restrictions of independent action on the other...The
Department officers welcomed the Council's suggestion and encouraged the Council to
formulate a more detailed plan...The ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION was then approached
for a grant of funds to put the plan into operation." [17]

DECEMBER 1939

"When assurances had been received that the necessary funds would be
available, the personnel of the [CFR] groups were selected and on December 8, 1939 an
organization meeting was held in Washington..." [18]

1940

"...REVEREND HARRY F. WARD was also one of the founders of the AMERICAN
CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION - a notorious PRO-COMMUNIST organization. He was the actual
head of it from 1920 to 1940. He also was a co-founder of the AMERICAN LEAGUE
AGAINST WAR AND FASCISM which, under Browder, became the COMMUNIST PARTY
OF THE UNITED STATES...Ward's entire background reeked of communism and he was
identified as a member of the communist party. He died a vicious traitor to both his
church and country and this was the man old John D. Rockefeller picked and financed to
DESTROY AMERICA'S CHRISTIAN RELIGION in accordance with the orders given to
Schiff by the Rothschilds." [19]

MARCH 1941

"In the spring of 1941, the British had intercepted a report from a German agent
code-named 'KONRAD' to a 'MR. SMITH OF CHINA,' which included exact details of the
defense of the Hawaiian Islands, plus maps and photographs, notably of PEARL
HARBOR. Konrad wrote, 'This will be of interest mostly to our YELLOW ALLIES.' [20]
Coupled with the Konrad report, Popov's Japanese questionnaire - and his instructions
that it was of the HIGHEST PRIORITY - should have set off warning bells at FBI
headquarters, but apparently it didn't. Although the FBI was able to determine that 'Mr.
Smith of China' was a mail route used by German agents, it was initially unable to
determine the identity of Konrad. However, on the evening of March 18, 1941, a man
crossing Broadway at Times Square, in New York City, was knocked down by a taxi, then
run over by a SECOND vehicle. Never regaining consciousness, he died in the hospital
the next day. On a tip from the manager of the Taft Hotel, where the man had been
staying, the FBI confiscated his luggage, which contained letters and other evidence
indicating that he had been a NAZI agent...The FBI also learned that the accident victim
was one Ulrich von der Osten, a captain in German intelligence. Spy master of the ring,
von der Osten used several codenames, including 'KONRAD'." [21] [Goodness! TWO
vehicles? They must have REALLY wanted this guy silenced! Y'all reckon the FBI checks
out EVERY hit-and-run victim's home - not to mention CONFISCATING their belongings?!
It's a wonder they have time to chase international drug lords!]

JUNE 1941

"Another effort to clear Hopkins was based on the supposition that he acted in
ignorance of what it was all about. Even if he helped the Russians to get A-bomb
materials, the implication ran, he was the unsuspecting tool of Soviet cunning...On the
contrary, HARRY HOPKINS was one of the FIRST MEN anywhere to know about the atom
bomb. DR. VANNEVAR BUSH [Any relation to the Bush crime/political family?] chose
Hopkins as his intermediary for presenting to Mr Roosevelt the idea of the atom bomb. It
was in consultation with Hopkins that Dr Bush drafted the letter, for Mr Roosevelt's
signature, which launched the A-bomb operation on June 14, 1941! Where do we learn
this? In the official biography by Mr Sherwood...we are told that the head of a state,
WINSTON CHURCHILL, 'was conducting this correspondence on the atomic project with
Hopkins RATHER THAN WITH THE PRESIDENT, and that he continued to do so for many
months thereafter.' A witness on the topic, GENERAL GROVES testified that to the best of
his recollection and belief he never met Harry Hopkins, talked with him on the telephone,
or exchanged letters or dealt with anyone claiming to represent him. But the General
thought it incumbent to remark, 'I do know, of course, that Mr Hopkins knew about this
project. I know that'." [22]

AUGUST 1941

The British agent DUSKO POPOV, the man said to be the model for Ian Fleming's
JAMES BOND...had in early 1940 been approached by the ABWEHR, the German high
command's espionage service, and asked to become a spy. He immediately reported the
overture to British counterintelligence, MI-6. Following intensive training by both the
Germans and the British...Popov became one of Britain's most successful double
agents...In the summer of 1941, the ABWEHR arranged for Popov to go to the United
States. Supplied with the ABWEHR's latest paraphernalia, including the 'MICRODOT' - a
process whereby a page of text was photographically reduced to the size of a period or
comma, then inserted into an innocuous communication - Popov was given two
assignments. He was to set up a large-scale espionage ring; and he was to carry out a
VERY IMPORTANT MISSION FOR THE JAPANES. The latter, Popov had been told, was 'of
the HIGHEST PRIORITY.' Before leaving for the United States, Popov reported to MI-6. His
British handlers were especially interested in the Japanese questionnaire, which was one
of the microdot documents he'd been given.

"J. C. MASTERMAN, chief of the BRITISH XX (Double Cross) COMMITTEE,
received a copy of the Questionnaire on August 16, 1941. Carefully examining it,
Masterman noted that one-third of the questions dealt with HAWAII and, particularly,
PEARL HARBOR. He also observed that whereas all the other questions were general or
statistical, those regarding Pearl Harbor were SPECIFIC. For example, the questionnaire
asked for 'Details about naval ammunition and mine depot on ISLE OF KUSHUA [Pearl
Harbor]. If possible, sketch...Where is the station for mine search formations? How far
has the dredger work progressed at the entrance and in the east and southeast lock?
Depths of water?...Exact details and sketch about the situation of the state wharf, of the
pier installations, workshops, petrol installations, situation of dry dock No. 1 and of the
new dry dock which is being built.' The questionnaire also asked for sketches showing
the exact locations of installations at 'Wickam' (HICKAM), WHEELER, LUKE, and
'Kaneche' (KANEOHE) airfields. Masterman concluded, 'It is therefore surely a fair
deduction that the questionnaire indicated very clearly that in the event of the United
States being at war, PEARL HARBOR WOULD BE THE VERY FIRST POINT TO BE
ATTACKED, and that plans for this attack had reached an ADVANCED state by August
1941.' [23]

"Popov and the British also had other information which not only supported this
conclusion, but indicated HOW the attack might be carried out. Another double agent, a
friend of Popov's accompanied by the German air attache in Tokyo, had recently escorted
a group of JAPANESE NAVAL OFFICIALS to Taranto, Italy. Their primary interest, Popov
had been told, was in determining exactly how, in one sneak attack, using torpedo planes
launched from an aircraft carrier, the British had nearly obliterated the Italian fleet. On his
arrival in the United States, Popov was met by PERCY FOXWORTH of the FBI's New York
office, to whom he explained the secret of the microdot and turned over the Japanese
questionnaire and other materials. Popov then waited for FBI permission to set up his
bogus espionage network...The meeting was brief. The FBI didn't NEED the help of
foreign spies, the director told him: 'I can catch spies without your or anyone else's
help'...There was no mention of the Japanese questionnaire or of the microdot..." [24]

"It is common knowledge that on August 28, 1941, STETTINIUS succeeded
Hopkins as titular chief of LEND-LEASE, and held the post until September 25, 1943,
when the agency was merged with kindred bodies into the FOREIGN ECONOMIC
ADMINISTRATION, with LEO A. CROWLEY as Administrator. But even the official
biographer of Mr Hopkins does not hesitate to write: 'Hopkins knew that policy governing
Lend-Lease would still be made in the White House and that the President would
continue to delegate most of the responsibility to him. Stettinius was his friend and they
could work together - and that was that'." [25]

SEPTEMBER 1941

"...On September 3, 1941, within days after Popov's arrival, [Hoover] had sent a
'strictly confidential' report on [the microdot] to the White House." [26]

"From the first, the Russians were reluctant to open the Alaskan-Siberian route.
Even before Pearl Harbor, on the occasion of the first Harriman-Beaverbrook mission to
Moscow in September 1941, AVERELL HARRIMAN had suggested to STALIN that
American aircraft could be delivered to the Soviet Union from Alaska through Siberia by
American crews. Stalin demurred and said it was 'too dangerous a route.' It would have
brought us, of course, behind the IRON CURTAIN. During the Molotov visit to the White
House, Secretary of State CORDELL HULL handed HARRY HOPKINS a memorandum with
nine items of agenda for the Russians, the first of which was: 'The Establishment of an
AIRPLANE FERRYING SERVICE From the United States to the Soviet Union Through
Alaska and Siberia'...

"It had become clear, however, that we were not going to stay at Newark much
longer. The growing scope of our activities, the expansion of Lend-Lease, the need for
more speedy delivery of aircraft to Russia - all these factors were forcing a decision in the
direction of air delivery to supplant ship delivery. It had long been obvious that the best
route was from Alaska across to Siberia...Where the US was not able to force Russia's
hand, NAZI SUBMARINES succeeded. Subs out of Norway were attacking our Lend-Lease
convoys on the MURMANSK route...out of one convoy of 34 ships, 21 were lost. The
DOUGLAS A-20 HAVOCS, which were going to the bottom of the ocean, were more
important to STALIN than HUMAN LIVES...Finally, Russia sent its OK on the ALASKAN-
SIBERIAN route. Americans would fly the planes to Fairbanks, Alaska; Americans would
set up all the airport facilities in Alaska; Soviet pilots would take over on our soil; SOVIET
PILOTS ONLY WOULD FLY INTO RUSSIA. The chief staging-point in the US was to be
GORE FIELD in Great Falls, Montana...If you look at a projection of the globe centred on
the North Pole, you will see that Great Falls is almost on a direct line with Moscow. This
was to be the new and SECRET PIPELINE. The Army called it ALSIB..." [27]

NOVEMBER 1941

"Henry Stimson, War Secretary and a patriarch of the CFR, wrote in his diary after
meeting with the President: 'We face the delicate question of the diplomatic fencing to be
done so as to be sure JAPAN IS PUT INTO THE WRONG AND MAKES THE FIRST BAD
MOVE - overt move.' [28] After a subsequent meeting, he recorded: 'The question was
how we should MANEUVER THEM [the Japanese] into the position of FIRING THE FIRST
SHOT...' [29] [So] The Council's WAR AND PEACE STUDIES PROJECT sent a
memorandum to Roosevelt recommending a TRADE EMBARGO against Japan, which he
eventually enacted. [30] In addition, Japan's assets in America were FROZEN, and the
PANAMA CANAL closed to its shipping. On November 26, 1941 - just eleven days before
Pearl Harbor - the U. S. government sent an ULTIMATUM to the Japanese demanding, as
prerequisites to resumed trade, that they WITHDRAW ALL THEIR TROOPS from CHINA
and INDOCHINA, and in effect ABROGATE THEIR TREATY with GERMANY and ITALY.
For Tokyo, that proved to be the final slap in the face." [31] But the betrayal of America
was far more monstrous than that:

"American military intelligence had CRACKED THE RADIO CODE Tokyo used to
communicate with its embassies. As a result, Japanese diplomatic messages in 1941
were known to Washington, often on a SAME-DAY basis. The decoded intercepts
revealed that SPIES in Hawaii were informing Tokyo of the PRECISE LOCATIONS of the
U.S. warships docked in Pearl Harbor; collectively, the messages suggested AN
ASSAULT WOULD COME ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER 7. These intercepts were routinely
sent to the PRESIDENT and to ARMY CHIEF OF STAFF GENERAL GEORGE MARSHALL
[Yeah. The SAME traitor who devised that great plan to GIVE ALL OUR MONEY AWAY to
our ENEMIES!] In addition, separate warnings about the attack - with varying specificity
as to its time - were transmitted to these two men by or through various officials,
including JOSEPH GREW, our ambassador to Japan; FBI DIRECTOR J. EDGAR HOOVER;
SENATOR GUY GILLETTE, who was acting on a tip from the Korean underground;
CONGRESSMAN MARTIN DIES; BRIGADIER GENERAL ELLIOT THORPE, the U.S. military
observer in Java; COLONEL F.G.L. WEIJERMAN, the Dutch military attache in
Washington; and other sources...

"Despite all of this, NO ALERT WAS PASSED ON to our commanders in Hawaii,
ADMIRAL HUSBAND KIMMEL and GENERAL WALTER C. SHORT. Kimmel's predecessor,
ADMIRAL RICHARDON, had been REMOVED by FDR after PROTESTING the President's
order to base the Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor, where it was quite VULNERABLE TO
ATTACK. Roosevelt and Marshall STRIPPED the island of most of its air defenses
SHORTLY BEFORE THE RAID, and allotted it only ONE-THIRD of the surveillance planes
needed to reliably detect approaching forces. Perhaps to preserve his station in history,
Marshall sent a WARNING to Hawaii that arrived a few hours AFTER THE ATTACK, which
left over TWO THOUSAND AMERICANS DEAD, and EIGHTEEN NAVAL VESSELS sunk or
heavily damaged.

"FDR appointed a commission to investigate what had happened. Heading it was
Supreme Court JUSTICE OWEN ROBERTS, an internationalist friendly with Roosevelt.
Two of the other four members were in the CFR. The ROBERTS COMMISSION absolved
Washington of blame, declaring that Pearl Harbor had been caught off guard due to
'DERELICTION OF DUTY' by commanders Kimmel and Short. The two officers long
sought court-martials so they might have a fair hearing." [32]

DECEMBER 1941

"CAPTAIN JOHAN RANNEFT, the Dutch naval attache in Washington, recorded
that U.S. naval intelligence officers told him on December 6 that JAPANESE CARRIERS
were only 400 MILES northwest of Honolulu." [33] Of course, as we all know, the very
next day the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor and we entered the war.

1942

"Early in 1942, on direct order from Roosevelt, a LARGE SUITE OF ROOMS on the
top floor of the White House was set aside for 'top secret conferences.' That suite
contained living quarters as well as offices, and it was declared 'strictly out of bounds' for
all staff members and servants employed in the White House! What a strange group of
individuals had access to those mysterious quarters! Specifically: ALGER HISS, LEO
POSVOLSKY, HARRY DEXTER WHITE, DEAN ACHESON, F.D. Roosevelt of course,
HERBERT LEHMAN, BERNARD BARUCH, the RUSSIAN Ambassador, and A MAN WHO
CALLED HIMSELF 'BROWN,' who furtively sneaked in and out through the servants
entrance of the White House. Each of the men had his own key to that 'Top Secret
Conference' suite, and the 'KEEPER OF THE KEYS' was none other than HARRY
HOPKINS...! And that was the workshop in which the United Nations was constructed."

"In 1942, EARL BROWDER, former General Secretary of the COMMUNIST PARTY,
USA (and twice its candidate for the Presidency of the United States), wrote of the
wartime anti-Axis alliance that served as a key landmark on the road to San Francisco:
'...the AMERICAN COMMUNISTS worked energetically and tirelessly to lay the foundation
for the UNITED NATIONS, which we were sure would come into existence'." [35]

MARCH 1942

"An early symptom of White House obsession for 'reassuring Stalin' has been
described by General Deane. In letters to American war agencies, dated March 7, 1942, Mr
Roosevelt ordered that PREFERENTIAL POSITION, in the matter of munitions, should be
given to the SOVIET UNION over all other Allies and EVEN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE
UNITED STATES..." [36]

MAY 1942

"Late one day in May 1942, several Russians burst into my office at Newark
Airport, furious over an outrage that had just been committed against Soviet honor. They
pushed me toward the window where I could see evidence of the crime with my own
eyes. They were led by COLONEL ANATOLI N. KOTIKOV, the head of the Soviet mission
at the airfield...I had met Colonel Kotikov only a few days before, when I reported for duty
on May 10, 1942. My orders gave the full title of the Newark base as 'UNITED NATIONS
DEPOT No. 8, LEND-LEASE DIVISION, NEWARK AIRPORT, NEWARK, NEW JERSEY,
INTERNATIONAL SECTION, AIR SERVICE COMMAND, AIR CORPS, U.S. ARMY.' Colonel
Kotikov...was pointing out the window, shaking his finger vehemently. There on the
apron before the administration building was a medium bomber, an A-20 DOUGLAS
HAVOC. It had been made in an AMERICAN FACTORY, it had been donated by AMERICAN
LEND-LEASE, it was to be paid for by AMERICAN TAXES, and it stood on AMERICAN
SOIL. Now it was ready to bear the RED STAR of the Soviet Air Force. As far as the
Russians and Lend-Lease were concerned, it was a RUSSIAN PLANE. It had to leave the
field shortly to be hoisted aboard one of the ships in a convoy that was forming to leave
for Murmansk and Kandalaksha. On that day the Commanding Officer was absent and, as
the acting Executive Officer, I was in charge.

"I asked the interpreter what 'outrage' had occurred. It seemed that a DC-3, a
passenger plane, owned by AERICAN AIRLINES, had taxied from the runway and, in
wheeling about on the concrete plaza to unload passengers, had brushed the Havoc's
engine housing. I could easily see that the damage was not too serious and could be
repaired. But that seemed to be beside the point. What infuriated the Russians was that it
be TOLERATED for one minute that an American commercial liner should damage, even
slightly, a SOVIET warplane! The younger Russians huddled around Colonel Kotikov over
their Russian-English dictionary, and showed me a word: 'PUNISH'...I asked what they
wanted done to the offending pilot. One of them aimed an imaginary revolver at his
temple and PULLED THE TRIGGER. 'You're in America,' I told him. 'We don't do things
that way. The plane will be repaired and ready for the convoy.'

"They came up with another word: 'BANEESH!'...they wanted not only the pilot,
but American Airlines, Inc., EXPELLED from the Newark field. I asked the interpreter to
explain that the US Army has no jurisdiction over commercial companies. After all, the
airlines had been using Newark Airport long before the war and even before La Guardia
Airport existed. I tried to calm down the Russians by explaining that our aircraft
maintenance officer, CAPTAIN ROY B. GARDNER, would have the bomber ready for its
convoy even if it meant a special crew working all night to finish the job...As my remarks
about repairing the bomber on time were being translated, I noticed that Colonel Kotikov
was fidgeting scornfully. When I finished, he made an abrupt gesture with his hand. 'I
CALL MR. HOPKINS,' he announced...'MR. HOPKINS FIX,' Colonel Kotikov asserted. He
looked at me and I could see now that he was amused in a grim kind of way. 'Mr Brown
will see Mr Hopkins, no?' he said, smiling...I told the operator to get the Soviet Embassy,
and I handed the receiver to the Colonel...Colonel Kotikov began a long harangue over
the phone in Russian...When the call was completed, the Colonel left without a
word...That, I felt sure, was the end of the affair." [37]

JUNE 1942

"We are determined that nothing shall stop us from sharing with you ALL THAT
WE HAVE..." - HARRY HOPKINS [RUSSIAN AID RALLY Madison Square Garden] 6/42
[WE?!!]

"On June 12th the order came from Washington, not only ordering American
Airlines off the field but directing EVERY AVIATION COMPANY TO CEASE ACTIVITIES at
Newark forthwith. The order was not for a day or a week. It held for the duration of the
war, though they called it a 'Temporary Suspension'...I was dazed by the speed with
which the expulsion proceedings had taken place. First, the CAB inspector had arrived.
Someone in Washington, he said, had set off a grenade under the Civil Aeronautics
Board. He spent several days in the control tower, and put our staff through a severe quiz
about the amount of commercial traffic and whether it was interfering with Soviet
operations...Several days later, the order of expulsion arrived...I had to pinch myself to
make sure that we Americans, and not the Russians, were the donors of Lend-Lease.
'After all, Jordan,' I told myself, 'you don't know the details of the whole operation; this is
only one part of it. You're a soldier...' At the same time, however, I decided to START A
DIARY, and to COLLECT RECORDS of one kind and another and make notes and memos
of everything that occurred...I felt a foreboding that ONE DAY THERE WOULD BE A
THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF RUSSIAN LEND-LEASE..." [38]

OCTOBER 1942

"Attempts at ESPIONAGE in New York, Chicago and Berkeley, California, were
traced to the SOVIET EMBASSY. They convinced GENERAL GROVES in October 1942

that the enemies of our atomic safeguards were not Germans or Japanese, but Russians.
'Suspicion of Russia was not very popular in some circles [in Washington],' he stated. 'It
was popular in OAK RIDGE, and from one month of the time I took over we never trusted
them one iota. From that time on, our whole security was based on not letting the
Russians find out anything.' [39] That the Russians found out EVERYTHING from alpha to
omega has been established by volumes of proof. Through trials in Canada, England and
the United States there has been revealed the existence of an espionage network so
enormously effective that Russia, scientists calculated, 'should have been able to make a
bomb considerably before September 1949'..." [40]

NOVEMBER 1942

"...With the Russians [MAJOR GENERAL FOLLETTE BRADLEY] scratched out a
route from Great Falls through Fairbanks, Alaska and across Siberia to Kuibeyshev and
Moscow. It is the coldest airway in the world across the Yukon to Alaska and through the
'Pole of Cold' in Siberia, but it worked. COLONEL (then Captain) GARDNER, our trouble-
shooter at Newark, was one of the first to go ahead to Montana. LIEUTENANT THOMAS J.
COCKRELL arrived at Great Falls in charge of an advance cadre to make arrangements
for the housing and quartering of troops of the 7TH FERRYING GROUP of the AIR
TRANSPORT COMMAND, which was moving from Seattle...The 7th Group continued to
supervise all stations and operations along the Northwest Route until November 17, 1942,
when the ALASKAN WING of the Air Transport Command was established to take over the
operations of the route to the north through Canada to Fairbanks, where hundreds of
Russian pilots were waiting to take over. MAJOR ALEXANDER COHN arrived from
Spokane to establish the 34TH SUB-DEPOT for the Air Service Command...[to] supervise
the mountains of air freight that originated from all over the United States and poured
into the funnel of this end of the PIPELINE. Colonel Gardner arranged for my transfer
from Newark to Great Falls. My orders designated me as 'UNITED NATIONS
REPRESENTATIVE.' Few people realize that although the United Nations organization
was not set up in San Francisco until September 1945, THE NAME 'UNITED NATIONS'
WAS BEING USED IN THE LEND-LEASE ORGANIZATION AS EARLY AS 1942, as in my
original orders to Newark." [41]

DECEMBER 1942

"There are memorable instances of what can be achieved with less than 17 TONS
of URANIUM POWDERS. One was a model atomic pile which went into operation at
CHICAGO UNIVERSITY on December 2, 1942. 'So far as we know,' DR. SMYTH recounts,
'this was the first time that human beings ever initiated a self-maintaining nuclear chain
reaction.' With a power level of 200 watts, the device served as a pilot plant for the
HANFORD ENGINEER WORKS. The uranium supply available to them was SIX TONS.
Even earlier, before the MANHATTAN PROJECT was dreamed of, a group of scientists at
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY began a course of hazardous experiments under the leadership
of two foreign-born savants, LEO SZILARD of Hungary and ENRICO FERMI of Italy. They
were so ill-supported with cash that 10,000 POUNDS of URANIUM OXIDE had to be
'RENTED' at a nominal fee of 30 cents a pound from BORIS PREGEL, president of the
CANADIAN RADIUM & URANIUM CORP. of New York, who was later unjustly made a
scapegoat by the press for the secret Canadian shipment. Here was done all the
preparatory work moving toward the eventual creation of the first man-made elements in
history: NEPTUNIUM-93 and PLUTONIUM-94. From the group's creative imagination rose
in time the vast plutonium plant at Hanford, Washington, and, in a large sense, America's
atom bomb itself. The materials of that triumph were not 17 but 10 TONS of uranium
compounds." [42]

1943

"Throughout the 19th century, from 1814 to 1914, the world, as a whole, was at
peace...All the great nations were PROSPEROUS and the people were staunchly
nationalistic and fiercely proud of their SOVEREIGNTIES...the peoples in all nations are
the real power and...ONLY...WAR could make the peoples yearn and clamor for peace
ensuring a one-world government. But it would have to be a frightful and horribly
devastating war...a WORLD war...The cry for peace must be made UNIVERSAL...But the
CFR realized that the aftermath of WORLD WAR II would have to be more carefully
planned so that there would be no escape from the new ONE-WORLD TRAP...

"In 1943, in the midst of the war, they prepared the framework for the UNITED
NATIONS and it was handed over to Roosevelt and our State Department to be given birth
by Alger Hess, Palvosky, Dalton, Trumbull, and other American traitors, thus making the
whole scheme a UNITED STATES' BABY. Then to fix our parenthood: NEW YORK CITY
was to become the nursery for the monstrosity. After that we could hardly walk out on
our own baby now could we? Anyway, that's how the conspirators figured it would work
and so far IT HAS. The liberal Rockefellers donated the land for the United Nations'
building. The United Nations' charter was written by Alger Hess, Palvosky, Dalton,
Trumbull, and other CFR stooges." [43]

"These materials, which are necessary for the creation of an ATOMIC PILE, moved
to RUSSIA in 1942:

"GRAPHITE: natural, flake, lump or chip, costing American taxpayers $812,437.
Over thirteen million dollars' worth of ALUMINUM TUBES (used in the atomic pile to
'cook' or transmute the uranium into PLUTONIUM), the exact amount being $13,041,152.
We sent 834,989 pounds of CADMIUM metal for rods to control the intensity of an atomic
pile; the cost was $781,472. The really SECRET material, THORIUM, finally showed up and
started going through immediately. The amount during 1942 was 13,440 pounds at a cost
of $22,848. (On January 30, 1943 we shipped an additional 11,912 pounds of THORIUM
NITRATE to Russia from Philadelphia on the SS JOHN C. FREMONT. It is significant that
there were no shipments in 1944 and 1945, due undoubtedly to General Groves'
vigilance)..." [46]

FEBRUARY 1943

"...On February 1, 1943, HERMANN H. ROSENBERG of CHEMATAR, INC., New
York City, received the first inquiry about uranium ever to reach his office. The applicant
was the SOVIET PURCHASING COMMISSION, which desired 220 POUNDS of URANIUM
OXIDE, 220 POUNDS of URANIUM NITRATE, and 25 POUNDS of URANIUM METAL. At that
date OAK RIDGE was under construction, but would not be in operation for another year.
Six days earlier the WAR PRODUCTION BOARD had issued GENERAL REFERENCE
ORDER M-285, controlling the distribution of uranium compounds among domestic
industries like glass, pottery and ceramics. A loophole was left by overlooking the export
of such materials for war purposes. The Russians claimed that they had urgent military
need for URANIUM NITRATE in MEDICINAL RESEARCH, and for URANIUM OXIDE AND
METAL as ALLOYS in hardening gun-barrel steel. There was nothing for the US to do but
grant an OK, since we did not want to imply that we were suspicious of Russia's
request." [47] [Oh, heavens, no! We'd much rather sacrifice the safety of Americans, than
risk hurting a Communist's feelings!]

MARCH 1943

"GREAT FALLS, MONTANA was the transfer point for all of the Lend-Lease
Material we gave to Russia during World War II. MAJOR GEORGE RACEY JORDAN was
the US Commander of that transfer point. Not very long after the transfer point was
placed in operations, Major Jordan began to have growing suspicions about the cargoes
in some of the Russian planes. His suspicions were heightened by the REFUSAL of the
Russian Commander to permit inspections. Finally his suspicions reached a point which
caused him to insist on a personal inspection. The infuriated Russian Commander
threatened to use FORCE to prevent it. The threat did not work: Jordan brushed him
aside and climbed into the plane. What he found was SUITCASES CONTAINING
BLUEPRINTS AND DIAGRAMS, HEAVY WATER, URANIUM and other ingredients for the
manufacture of our newly invented 'A-BOMB.' Meanwhile, the Russian Commander had
rushed back to his office and put in a long-distance call to a 'MR. BROWN IN THE WHITE
HOUSE IN WASHINGTON.' He reported the incident to this Mister Brown - in RUSSIAN!"

"...The intensely pro-Soviet mood of that time may be judged from echoes in later
years...Uranium metal was unavailable. On March 23, at Rosenberg's instance, the S. W.
SHATTUCK CHEMICAL CO. of Denver shipped four crates, weighing 691 pounds, to
Colonel Kotikov at Great Falls. The Burlington Railroad's bill of lading described the
contents merely as 'CHEMICALS,' but it was accompanied by a letter from Rosenberg to
Kotikov designating the contents as 220 POUNDS of URANIUM NITRATE and 200 (not
220) POUNDS of URANIUM OXIDE. Since it was a Lend-Lease transaction, defrayed with
American funds, NO EXPORT LICENSE WAS REQUIRED. The cargo was dispatched
without friction along the Pipeline. But the War Production Board, from which clearance
had been sought, alerted the MANHATTAN PROJECT. It was too late to halt the Shattuck
sale. GENERAL GROVES reluctantly APPROVED IT on the ground that it would be unwise
to 'tip off' Russia as to the importance of uranium chemicals - a fact with which Moscow
was only too familiar. When Major Jordan returned to his office he found a long-distance
call awaiting from HARRY HOPKINS. Hopkins sternly ordered the Major to IMMEDIATELY
RELEASE THE PLANE, WITH ITS CARGO INTACT - and to MAKE NO FURTHER
INSPECTION OF THE RUSSIAN PLANES. [49]

"...[two] occurrences began troubling me. The first was the unusual number of
BLACK PATENT-LEATHER SUITCASES, bound with white window-sash cord and sealed
with red wax, which were coming through on the route to Moscow. The second was the
BURGLARY OF MORPHINE AMPULES from half of the 500 first-aid kits in our Gore Field
warehouse. The first black suitcases, six in number, were in the charge of a Russian
officer and I passed them without question upon his declaration that they were
'PERSONAL LUGGAGE.' But the units mounted to ten, twenty and thirty and at last to
standard batches of fifty, which weighed almost two tons and consumed the cargo
allotment of an entire plane. The officers were replaced by ARMED COURIERS, traveling
in pairs, and the excuse for avoiding inspection was changed from 'personal luggage' to
'DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY.' Here were tons of materials proceeding to the Soviet Union,
and I had no idea what they were...They had grown to such importance in the eyes of the
Russians that they asked for a LOCKED ROOM. The only door in the warehouse with a
lock was that to the compartment in which the first-aid packets were kept. I put it at
Colonel Kotikov's disposal. The couriers took turn about. First one and then the other
slept on top of the suitcases, while his companion stood guard. Perhaps unjustly, I
suspected them of stealing our morphine. They were the only persons left in the
storeroom without witnesses.

"At four o'clock one cold afternoon in March 1943, Colonel Kotikov said to me: 'I
want you dinner tonight.' Then he doubled the surprise by whisking from his ulster
pockets two slender bottles with long, sloping necks. 'Vodka!' The invitation was
accepted with pleasure and also curiosity...So far as I knew, this was the first time they
had bidden an American to an evening repast...Acting on a hunch, I excused myself from
riding to town with Colonel Koticov in his Pontiac. I decided I would take my staff car,
which had a soldier driver; in case of need, I preferred to have MOBILITY...There was not
much time, so I hastened to ask our maintenance chief whether the Russians were
planning any flights. He answered yes; they had a C-47 staged on the line, preparing to
go...

"The Russians wielded a high hand at the airbase, but I had one power they
respected. Though Lend-Lease planes were delivered to them at Great Falls, they were
flown by American pilots as far as Fairbanks. NO AMERICAN PILOT COULD LEAVE
WITHOUT CLEARANCE, and I had authority to GROUND any plane at any time. In my
absence, permission was given by the Flight Officer of the Day. I called the control tower,
gave the number of the restaurant, and issued a positive order that no cargo plane was to
be cleared for Russia except by myself. Occupied by these thoughts, I drove to 'Carolina
Pines'...at 8.30, when we were two-thirds finished, the waitress handed me a message in
pencil. It notified me to call the control tower at once.

"At a public telephone, in the corridor, I learned that the C-47 had warmed up and
that a couple of NEWLY-ARRIVED COURIERS were demanding clearance. Without
returning to the dining room, I threw on my great-coat, scuffled down the stairs and
ordered the driver to race full speed for the hangars, four miles away...As we neared the
Lend-Lease plane there loomed up, in its open door, the figure of a burly, barrel-chested
Russian. His back was propped against one jamb of the portal. An arm and a leg were
stretched across to the opposite side. I clambered up and he tried to stop me by pushing
hard with his stomach. I pushed back, ducked under his arm, and stood inside the cabin.
It was dimly lighted by a solitary electric bulb in the dome. Faintly visible was an expanse
of black suitcases...On top of them, reclining on one elbow, was a second Russian,
slimmer than the first, who sprang to his feet as I entered. They were mature men, in their
forties, and wore beneath leather jackets the inevitable blue suits of Russian civilians.
Under each coat, from a shoulder holster, protruded the butt of a PISTOL...if I was ever
going to open them up, now was as good a time as any. With signs I made the Russians
understand what I intended to do.

"PROMPTLY THEY WENT INSANE. They danced. They pushed at me with their
hands and shrieked over and over the one English word they appeared to know. It was
'DEEPLOMATEEK!' I brushed them aside and took from my pocket a metal handle
containing a safety razor blade which I carry in preference to a pocket knife. Sensing its
purpose, the lean courier flung himself face down across the suitcases, with arms and
legs outspanned to shield as many as possible with his body. I dragged one of the
containers from under him, and he leaped up again as I started to saw through the first
cord. At this sight their antics and shouts redoubled. While opening the third suitcase, I
had a mental flash that brought sweat to my forehead. The Russians were half mad with
fury and terror. They were on both sides of me, in front and behind. Supposing in
desperation, one of them SHOT ME IN THE BACK? There would be no AMERICAN
witnesses, and my death could be passed off as a 'DEPLORABLE ACCIDENT.'

"I called a Yank soldier who was on patrol thirty feet away. He crunched over
through the snow. Bending down from the plane, I asked whether he had had combat
experience. He answered that he had, in the South Pacific. I stooped lower and
murmured: 'I'm going to open more of this baggage. I want you to watch these two
Russians. Both are armed. I don't expect any trouble. But if one of them aims a gun at me,
I WANT YOU TO LET HIM HAVE IT FIRST. Understand?' After a moment's thought, he
looked me in the eye and said, 'Sir, is that an ORDER?' I replied that it was an order. He
clicked the bolt of his rifle to snap a cartridge into the chamber and brought the weapon
to ready. He was tall enough for his head to clear the doorsill. The muzzle was pushed
forward to command the interior. One courier jumped from the plane and sprinted for the
hangars, where there were telephones. The other, his face contorted as if to keep from
crying, began REKNOTTING THE CORDS I had severed. There was little trouble getting
into the suitcases because the Russians had brought the CHEAPEST on the market. They
had NO LOCKS, but only pairs of clasps. All were consigned to the same address. The
entry on the bill of lading read: 'Director, Institute of Technical and Economic
Information, 47 Chkalovskaya, Moscow 120, U.S.S.R.'

"I decided to attempt only a SPOT CHECK - one suitcase, say, in every three. I
examined perhaps eighteen out of fifty. Otherwise the search was fairly thorough, as I
was looking for morphine. (Incidentally, none was found.) The light was so weak that it
was impossible to decipher text without using a flash lamp. I had to take off my gloves,
and my fingers grew numb with cold. Using one knee as a desk, I jotted notes with a
pencil on two long envelopes that happened to be in my pocket...The first thing I
unearthed made me snort with disgust. It was a ponderous tome on the art of shipping
four-legged animals. Was this the kind of twaddle American pilots were risking their lives
to carry? But in the back I found a series of tables listing RAILROAD MILEAGES from
almost any point in the United States to any other. Neatly packed with the volume were
scores of ROADMAPS, of the sort available at filling stations to all comers. But I made a
note that they were 'MARKED STRANGELY.' Taken together, they furnished a country-
wide chart, with names and places, of American industrial plants. For example, Pittsburgh
entries included 'WESTINGHOUSE' and 'BLAW-KNOX'

"The next suitcase to be opened was crammed with material assembled in
America by the official Soviet news organ, the 'TASS TELEGRAPH AGENCY.' A third was
devoted to Russia's government-owned AMTORG TRADING CORPORATION of New York.
One yielded a collection of maps of the PANAMA CANAL COMMISSION, with the
markings to show strategic spots in the CANAL ZONE and distances to islands and ports
within a 1,000-mile radius. Another was filled with documents relating to the ABERDEEN
PROVING GROUND, one of the most 'sensitive' areas in the war effort. Judging by their
contents, various suitcases could have been labeled under the heads of machine tools,
oil refineries, blast furnaces, steel foundries, mining, coal, concrete, and the like. Other
folders were stuffed with NAVAL AND SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE. There seemed to be
hundreds of commercial catalogues and scientific magazines...There were also sheafs of
info about Mexico, Argentina and Cuba. There were groups of documents which, on the
evidence of stationery, had been contributed by the DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE,
COMMERCE and STATE. All such papers had been trimmed close to the text, with white
margins removed. I decided that this was done either to save weight, or to remove
'SECRET,' 'CONFIDENTIAL' or 'RESTRICTED' stamps that might have halted a shipment,
or for both reasons...Then I copied the legend: 'FROM HISS.' I had never heard of ALGER
HISS, and made the entry because the folder bearing his name happened to be second in
the pile. It contained hundreds of photostats of what seemed to be MILITARY REPORTS...

"A suitcase opened midway in the search appeared to contain nothing but
ENGINEERING and SCIENTIFIC TREATISES. They bristled with formulae, calculations
and professional jargon. I was about to close the case and pass on when my eye was
caught by a specimen of stationery such as I had never before seen. Its letterhead was a
magic incantation: 'THE WHITE HOUSE, WASHINGTON.' As prospective owner of an 80-
acre tract along the shore of Washington State, I was impressed by the lordly omission of
the capitals, 'D.C.' Under the flashlight I studied this paper with attention. It was a brief
note, of two sheets, in a script which was not level but sloped upward to the right. The
name to which it was addressed, 'MIKOYAN,' was wholly new to me. (By questioning
Colonel Kotikov later, I learned that A. I. MIKOYAN at the moment was Russia's No. 3
man, after Premier Stalin and Foreign Commissar Molotov. He was COMMISSAR OF
FOREIGN TRADE and SOVIET BOSS OF LEND-LEASE.) A salutation, 'My dear Mr
Minister,' led to a few sentences of stock courtesies. One passage, of eleven words, in the
top line of the second page, impressed me enough to merit a scribble on my envelope.
That excerpt ran thus: '____ HAD A HELL OF A TIME GETTING THESE AWAY FROM
GROVES.' The last two words should not be taken as referring to MAJOR GENERAL
LESLIE R. GROVES himself. What they meant, probably, was 'from the Groves
organization.' The commander of the Manhattan Engineer District, later the MANHATTAN
PROJECT, was almost unique in the Washington hierarchy for his dislike and suspicion
of Russia...

"The first thing I had done, on finding the White House note, was to flip over the
page to look for a signature. I penciled it on my envelope as 'H. H.' This may not have
been an exact transcription. In any case, my intention is clear. It was to chronicle, on the
spot, my identification of the author as HARRY HOPKINS...I remember distinctly having
had to remove that letter from a metal clip. It held two other exhibits...One was a thick
map. When unfolded, it proved to be as wide as the span of my extended arms. In large
letters it bore a legend which I recorded: 'OAK RIDGE, MANHATTAN ENGINEERING
DISTRICT.' The other was a carbon copy of a report, two or three pages long, which was
dated Oak Ridge. If it had a signature, I did not set it down. At the top of the first page,
impressed with a rubber stamp, or typed, was the legend: 'HARRY HOPKINS' followed by
the title 'SPECIAL ASST. CO-ORDINATOR' or 'ADMINISTRATOR.' I gathered that this
particular copy had been earmarked for Mr Hopkins. In the text of the report was
encountered a series of vocables so outlandish that I made a memo to look up their
meaning. Among them were 'CYCLOTRON,' 'PROTON' and 'DEUTERON.' There were
curious phrases like 'energy produced by fission' and 'walls five feet thick, of lead and
water, to control flying neutrons.' Probably no more than 200 men in all the country
would have been capable at the time of noting down these particular expressions out of
their own heads. The paper on which I made my notes was later submitted to the
BUREAU OF STANDARDS for a test of its age.

"For the first time in my life, I met the word 'uranium.' The exact phrase was
'URANIUM 92'...At the time of this episode I was as unaware as anyone could be of Oak
Ridge, the Manhattan District and its chief, General Groves. The enterprise has been
celebrated as 'THE BEST GUARDED SECRET IN HISTORY.' It was superlatively hush-
hush, to the extreme that Army officers in the 'know' were forbidden to mention it over
their private telephones inside the Pentagon. General Groves has testified that his office
would have refused to send any documents to the White House, without authority from
himself, EVEN IF IT WAS REQUESTED PERSONALLY BY THE PRESIDENT...It was after
eleven o'clock, and my checking job was virtually done, when Colonel Kotikov burst into
the cabin of the plane. He wanted to know by whose authority I was committing this
outrage and bellowed that he would have me removed. I answered that I was performing
my duty, and, just to show how things stood, opened two or three extra suitcases in his
presence. I left the C-47 and with a nod of thanks dismissed my sentinel.

"As I crossed the field toward the barracks, Colonel Kotikov fell in beside me. No
doubt he reflected that he was in no position to force an issue. He may also have realized
that I understood the gravity of almost nothing I had seen. All that mattered to him was
getting the suitcases off to Moscow. Anxiously he inquired what I intended to do. IF I
HAD KNOWN WHAT I DO TODAY, I SHOULD HAVE GROUNDED THE TRANSPORT, but in
the end it went on its way to Russia. Colonel Kotikov asked me to open no more
suitcases until instructions came from the War Department. He said he hoped he would
not have to get me transferred. I EXPECTED TO BE FIRED, and went so far as to pack my
gear. But I received no communication from the War Department, and gathered at last that
Colonel Kotikov had made no complaint. Perhaps, I began to think, he did not dare.

"I reported to COLONEL GEORGE F. O'NEILL, security officer of the 34th Sub-
Depot at Gore Field, about the fifty suitcases I had examined. He was interested enough
to pass the story on to his superior officer in Spokane. There was no reply, even after
Colonel O'Neill made a second attempt. Apparently it was not considered good form to
cast reflections on the integrity of our ally...'From the outset, extraordinary secrecy and
security measures have surrounded the project,' declared HENRY L. STIMSON, Secretary
of War, in commenting on the first military use of the atom bomb. 'This was personally
ordered by President Roosevelt.' Mr Roosevelt's orders, he innocently added, 'have been
strictly complied with.' [50] Yet RUSSIANS with whom I worked side by side at Great Falls
knew about the A-BOMB at least as early as MARCH 1943, and General Groves had reason
to distrust the Russians in OCTOBER 1942!" [51]

Out of that incident came a startling discovery: the MR. BROWN who made his
home in the Living Quarters in that Top Secret conferences suite in the White House was
none other that MOSCOW'S 'IRON-PANTS' MOLOTOV! - Thus, we had Moscow actually
OPERATING OUT OF OUR WHITE HOUSE in Washington!!! During all of his wartime
peregrinations [journeys] Hopkins found time to fall in love with and marry Broadway
producer Guthrie McClintic's secretary. The Hierarchy of the CFR tendered a lavish
banquet, hosted by BERNARD BARUCH, in the newlywed's honor. At the banquet the
BRIDE proudly displayed a $250,000 EMERALD NECKLACE which came from STALIN as a
'slight token of appreciation of the INVALUABLE service Harry Hopkins had rendered
Russia.' Stalin presented DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER with a gem-encrusted medal of
similar value FOR THE SAME REASON..." [52]

APRIL 1943

"General Groves moved rapidly to stop the leak through which the Shattuck
boxes had slipped. By early April he had formed a nationwide embargo by means of
voluntary contracts with chemical brokers. They promised to grant the United States first
right to purchase all uranium oxide, uranium nitrate and sodium uranate received by the
contractors. The uranium black-out was discovered by ROSENBERG when he tried to fill
another order from the SOVIET PURCHASING COMMISSION, for 500 POUNDS each of
URANIUM NITRATE and URANIUM OXIDE. On April 23, 1943, Rosenberg was in touch
with the CANADIAN RADIUM & URANIUM CORP. of New York, which was exclusive sales
agent for ELDORADO MINING & REFINING, LTD, a producer of uranium at Great Bear
Lake. An agreement to fill the Soviet order was negotiated with such dispatch that in four
days Rosenberg was able to report victory to the Purchasing Commission. The shipment
from Ontario to Great Falls and Moscow followed in due course.

"The PORT HOPE machination had the advantage, among other things, of
BYPASSING THE WAR PRODUCTION BOARD, which was sure to warn the MANHATTAN
PROJECT if it knew the facts, but could be kept in ignorance because its jurisdiction ran
only south of the border. General Groves was advised at once of the Soviet application
for 1,000 pounds of uranium salts. He was not disturbed, being confident the embargo
would stand. After declining to endorse the application, he approved it later in the hope
of detecting whether the Russians could unearth uranium stocks which the Manhattan
Project had overlooked. American industries were consuming annually, before the war,
upwards of 200 TONS of uranium chemicals." [53]

"One morning in April 1943, Colonel Kotikov asked whether I could find space for
an important consignment of nearly 2,000 POUNDS. I said, 'No, we have a quarter of a
million pounds' backlog already.' He directed me to put through a call to Washington for
him, and spoke for a while in his own tongue. Then he put a hand over the mouthpiece
and confided to me in English, 'Very special shipment - EXPERIMENTAL CHEMICALS -
going through soon.' There was an interval of Slavic gutturals, and he turned to me
again. 'MR. HOPKINS - coming on now,' he reported. Then he gave me the surprise of my
life. He handed me the phone and announced, 'BIG BOSS, MR. HOPKINS, WANTS YOU.'

"...A bit in awe, I stammered, 'Jordan speaking.'

"The male voice began at once. 'THIS IS MR. HOPKINS...Now, Jordan,' he said,
'there's a certain shipment of chemicals going through that I want you to expedite. This is
something very special.'

" 'Shall I take it up,' I asked, 'with the Commanding Colonel?'

" 'I don't want you to discuss this with anyone,' Mr Hopkins ordered, 'and IT IS
NOT TO GO ON THE RECORDS. Don't make a big production of it, but just send it
through QUIETLY, in a HURRY.'

"Presumably, after the talk with Mr Hopkins, I had been accepted as a member of
the 'lodge.' From his bundle on war chemicals the Colonel took the folder called 'BOMB
POWDER.' He drew out a paper sheet and set a finger against one entry. For a second
time my eyes encountered the word 'URANIUM.' I repeat that in 1943 it meant as little to
me as to most Americans, which was nothing. This shipment was the one and only CASH
item to pass through my hands, except for private Russian purchases of clothing and
liquor. It was the only one, out of a tremendous multitude of consignments, that I was
ordered not to enter on my tally sheets. It was the only one I was forbidden to discuss
with my superiors, and the only one I was directed to keep secret from
everybody..."Because of the initial branch of the airlift to Moscow was under American
control, passage of the chemicals across United States territory could not be avoided, in
Alaska if not Montana. On account of that fact - the cash nature of the project - it was
necessary to obtain an EXPORT LICENSE from the Board of Economic Warfare. Such a
document, covering a shipment of American origin, was first prepared. It was ALTERED,
to comply with the Canadian maneuver, by some BEW official whose identity has been

JUNE 1943

"By diligent searching, FREIGHT and AIRWAY BILLS yielded incontestable proof
that 15 BOXES OF URANIUM CHEMICALS were delivered at Great Falls on June 9, 1943,
and were dispatched immediately, in a Lend-Lease plane, to the Soviet Union. The
shipment originated at ELDORADO MINING & REFINING, LTD, of Great Bear Lake, and
was sent through Port Hope, Ontario. It was authorized by a Canadian arms export
permit, No. OF1666. The carrier was the Chicago, Milwaukee, St Paul & Pacific Railway.
Listed as consignee was COLONEL A. N. KOTIKOV, resident agent of the Soviet
Government Purchasing Commission at Gore Field, Great Falls.

"...On the morning of June 10th, I caught sight of a loaded C-47 which was idling
on the runway. I went over and asked the pilot what was holding him up. He said he
understood some kind of SPECIAL SHIPMENT was still to come. Seven years afterward,
the pilot identified himself to the press as AIR FORCE LIEUTENANT BEN L. BROWN, of
Cincinnati. I asked Colonel Kotikov about the plane, and he told me the shipment MR.
HOPKINS was interested in had just arrived at the railroad yards, and that I should send a
truck to pick it up. The consignment was escorted by a Russian guard from Toronto. I set
down his name, and copied it later in my diary. It was VLADIMIR ANUFRIEV. I identified
him with the initials 'C.C.' for 'Canadian Courier.'

"FIFTEEN WOODEN CASES were put aboard the transport, which took off for
Moscow by way of Alaska. At Fairbanks, Lieutenant Brown has related, one box fell from
the plane, smashing a corner and spilling a small quantity of CHOCOLATE-BROWN
POWDER. Out of curiosity, he picked up a handful of the unfamiliar grains, with a notion
of asking somebody what they were. A Soviet officer slapped the crystals from his palm
and explained nervously, 'No, no - BURN hands!' The first two URANIUM shipments
traveled through Great Falls by air. The third was dispatched by truck and railway from
Rochester, NY, to Portland, Oregon, and then by ship to Vladivostok. The dates were
March and June 1943, and July 1944. No doubt was left that the transaction discussed by
Mr Hopkins and myself was the one of June 1943. This was not merely the largest of our
known uranium deals with the Soviet Union, it was also the most shocking..." [55]

AUGUST 1943

"What is popularly known as 'HEAVY WATER' is technically called DEUTERIUM
OXIDE. It is in crystal form, not liquid. In alleging medical and other grounds for its needs
of uranium oxide and uranium nitrate, Russia had taken care to observe an appearance of
truth, for such use is not unknown to therapeutics. It had been tried out in throat sprays
and lent its name to Uranwein, a German specific against diabetes. Uranium oxide had
been tested as an alloy for toughening steel, but it was found difficult to handle and had
erratic results. Therefore when Moscow asked for heavy water, they let the cat out of the
bag. Except for curious experiments in retarding plant growth, heavy water boasts only
one useful property: it is the best of MODERATORS for slowing down the speed of
neutrons in NUCLEAR REACTIONS. Records in evidence [56] prove that on August 23,
1943, HERMAN ROSENBERG of CHEMATAR received an application from the Soviet
Purchasing Commission for 1,000 GRAMS of deuterium oxide. The purpose stated was
'RESEARCH.' A supplier was found in the STUART OXYGEN CO. of San Francisco, which
shipped the merchandise on October 30 by railway express to Chematar's New York
office. Rosenberg forwarded the consignment to the Purchasing Commission in
Washington, which dispatched it on November 29, by way of the Pipeline, to
Rasnoimport, USSR, Moscow U-1, Ruybjshova-22. The order was packed with as much
tenderness as if it had been a casket of jewels. FORTY PYREX AMPOULES, each
containing 25 GRAMS, were enclosed in mailing tubes and wrapped in layers of cotton.
The ampoules were divided in lots of 10 among four cartons, which were placed, with
further precautions against damage, in a large wooden box. This was strapped and
sealed. The overall weight was 41.12 pounds. The cost of the fluid content was that of
EXPENSIVE PERFUMES - $80 an ounce." [57]

NOVEMBER 1943

"The export of heavy water to the Soviet Union was approved by a release
certificate, No. 366, dated November 15, with the signature of WILLIAM C. MOORE,
Division for Soviet Supply, Office of Lend-Lease Administration. If General Groves had
been consulted, the heavy water would not have left this country. Had it been known at
the time, he said, that 1,000 GRAMS were available, unquestionably HE WOULD HAVE
BOUGHT THE TREASURE HIMSELF. He added, 'If it had been pure.' [58] That it was
BETWEEN 99.7 AND 99.8 PERCENT PURE was attested by an independent analysis made
for Rosenberg in the laboratories of ABBOT A. HANKS, INC., San Francisco." [59]

DECEMBER 1943

"The final draught of the Charter was completed in the very late months of 1943,
almost two years after they began work on it. That may seem like a long time, but they
were playing around with a very tricky document, they had to find ways to camouflage all
the traps in it, such as the WORLD COURT plot. They had to include provisions which
would later enable them to lure us into Treaties, such as 'GENOCIDE' - 'UNESCO' - 'WHO'
(World Health Organization) - the reprehensible 'GATT,' which would outlaw our Tariff
Laws, etc... EACH ONE...WOULD NULLIFY SOME PARTICULAR PROVISION IN THE
AMERICAN CONSTITUTION, until, gradually, we'd have no constitution left, and THE
LAWS OF THE UN WOULD BECOME THE LAWS OF THE US. From that, the step into One-
World Government would be a quick and easy transit. [Although] Alger Hiss, Posvolsky
and Molotov...did the actual writing [of the UN Charter]...every feature in it had to undergo
the scrutiny of (and revisions by) the entire Hierarchy of the ICC-CFR! After that, it still
had to be submitted to STALIN AND HIS GANG. That was done at the TOP SECRET
meetings at Yalta." [60]

1944

In 1944, ADMIRAL HUSBAND KIMMEL and GENERAL WALTER C. SHORT at last
got what they had been begging for: a COURT-MARTIAL. "This was finally mandated by
Congress. At the court-martial, attorneys for the defendants dug up some of
WASHINGTON'S SECRETS. The ROBERTS VERDICT was overturned: KIMMEL WAS
EXONERATED; SHORT RECEIVED A SMALL REPRIMAND; and the onus of BLAME was
fixed squarely on WASHINGTON. But the Roosevelt administration SUPPRESSED these
results, saying public revelation would ENDANGER NATIONAL SECURITY IN WARTIME.
[He was a fine one to be talking about endangering national security!!] It then conducted
'new' inquiries in which several witnesses were persuaded to CHANGE THEIR
TESTIMONY. Incriminating memoranda in the files of the Navy and War departments were
DESTROYED. The court-martial findings were BURIED in a forty-volume government
report on Pearl Harbor, and few Americans ever learned the truth...the CFR has been
accused of fondness for COMMUNISM and GLOBALISM. In light of this, it may be
instructive to observe that these two systems were the PRIME BENEFICIARIES of World
War II." [61]

APRIL 1944

"It seems fair to take into account not merely what the Russians got, but what
they TRIED to get. With Communist tenacity and ARDENT SUPPORT from both WHITE
HOUSE and LEND-LEASE, the Soviet Purchasing Commission strove again and again to
obtain 8-1/2 tons each of uranium oxide and uranium nitrate, plus 25 pounds of uranium
metal. The campaign started in February 1943, and persisted until the Russians were
squelched by SECRETARY STIMSON during April 1944. The Soviet Purchasing
Commission appears to have had instructions to acquire without fail 25 pounds of
uranium metal, which can be extracted from uranium salts by a difficult process requiring
specialized equipment. Supported or advised by Lend-Lease, the Commission for a whole
year knocked at every available door, from the Chemical Warfare Service up to Secretary
Stimson. As a matter of fact, URNIUM METAL WAS THEN NON-EXISTENT IN AMERICA,
and for that reason had not been specified in the MANHATTAN PROJECT's embargo or
named as a 'strategic' material.

"Stimson closed a series of polite rebuffs with a letter of April 17, 1944, to the
chairman of the Purchasing Commission, LT. GENERAL LEONID G. RUDENKO. But
Moscow was stubborn. Under Soviet pressure, the commission, or its American friends,
had an inspiration. Why not have the uranium MADE TO ORDER by some private
concern? As usual, a roundabout course was taken. The commission first approached
the MANUFACTURERS CHEMICAL CO., 527 Fifth Avenue, New York, which passed the
order along to A. D. MACKAY, INC., 198 Broadway. By the latter it was farmed out to the
COOPER METALLURGICAL LABORATORY in Cleveland. According to Mr Mackay, neither
he nor the Cooper concern suspected that THEIR CUSTOMER WAS THE SOVIET UNION.
But Mackay reported the deal to the War Production Board, which warned the Manhattan
Project. The latter's expert on rare metals, LAWRENCE C. BURMAN, went to Cleveland, it
is related, and urged the Cooper firm to make sure that its product was of 'POOR
QUALITY.' He did not explain why. But the metal, of which 4.5 pounds was made, turned
out to be 87.5 per cent pure as against the stipulated 99 per cent. Delivery to the Soviet
Union was then authorized of a small sample of this defective metal, to represent 'what
was available in the United States.' Actually shipped was one kilogram, or 2.2 pounds.
The Purchasing Commission abruptly silenced its demands for pure uranium. But the
powers that be found it suitable to OMIT THIS ITEM, as well as the Rochester sale, from
the 1944 schedule of exports to Russia." [62]

MAY 1944

"Another violation of atomic security was represented by the THIRD known
delivery to Russia, in 1944. It proved to be URANIUM NITRATE. During May of that year,
Colonel Kotikov showed me a warning from the Soviet Purchasing Commission to look
out for a shipment of uranium, weighing 500 POUNDS, which was to have TRAVEL
PRIORITY. The Colonel was soon returning home. As the climax of his American mission,
he proposed to fly the precious stuff to Moscow with his own hands. Disguised as a
'COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION' within American territory, the deal was managed by
LEND-LEASE. Chematar and Canadian Radium & Uranium were abandoned in favor of the
PROCUREMENT DIVISION of the TREASURY DEPARTMENT, although the Treasury,
under regulations, had no authority to make uranium products available to the Soviet
Union.

"Contractors were asked to bid, and the winner was the EASTMAN KODAK
COMPANY. Somewhere in this process, the expected 500 pounds shrank to 45. Eastman
Kodak reported the order to the War Production Board as a domestic commercial item.
Whatever the motive, it was determined not to send the compound by air. After a Treasury
inspection in Rochester, the MAC DANIEL TRUCKING COMPANY drove it to the ARMY
ORDNANCE DEPOT at Terre Haute, Indiana, arriving July 24. The shipment turned up in
freight car No. 97352 of the Erie Railroad, and got to North Portland, Oregon, on August
11. By means of shifts not yet divulged, the uranium nitrate found itself aboard a Russian
steamship, KASHIRSTROI, which left for Vladivostok on October 3. Colonel Kotikov, who
had planned a triumphal entry into Moscow with a quarter-ton of 'bomb powder' as a
trophy, gave up the project in disgust on learning that the shipment would be only 45
pounds." [63]

1945

"At the beginning of 1945, the Soviet Purchasing Commission placed with
Rosenberg a SECOND ORDER for heavy water. Only 100 grams were sought. He applied
once more to the Stuart concern, which expressed the 'liquid diamonds' to Chematar on
February 7. One week later Rosenberg forwarded the parcel to the commission. ITS
SUBSEQUENT ADVENTURES HAVE NOT BEEN TRACED. In August of the same year,
Rosenberg was naturalized as an American citizen...Was one kilogram of heavy water and
were mere hundreds of pounds of uranium chemicals too INSIGNIFICANT for important
use?

"Specialists agree that the quantities delivered were INADEQUATE for producing
one A-bomb or even one experimental pile. They point out, however, that scarcely any
fraction of a substance can be too small for LABORATORY RESEARCH. The head of a pin
could not have been formed with the first plutonium ever made. From 500 micrograms
were determined most of the properties and the chemical behavior of an element which
18 months earlier had been entirely unknown. On the presumption that 1,465 pounds of
uranium salts were contributed to the Soviet Union, metallurgists estimate that they were
reducible in theory to 875 POUNDS of NATURAL URANIUM, which in turn would yield 6.25
POUNDS of FISSIONABLE U-235. But 4.4 pounds of the latter, or NEARLY TWO POUNDS
LESS, are capable of producing an ATOMIC EXPLOSION. Authority for this assertion may
be found in the celebrated report which DR. HENRY DE-WOLF SMYTH of Princeton
University wrote at the request of General Groves and published in 1945. The Shattuck
and Eldorado purchases TOTALED 1,420 POUNDS. With their third requisition, the
Russians expected so confidently to acquire another 500 pounds that papers to that
effect were drafted and sent to us in Montana. If the full amount had been available,
instead of 45 pounds, the aggregate would have been 1,920 pounds, or virtually ONE
TON." [64]

JANUARY 1945

"Shortly before President Roosevelt's fourth inauguration in January of 1945,
Dean Acheson met with him and reported that 'the Russian position would cause trouble
on the Hill [Congress].' But, FDR brushed him off, saying he would deal with it, 'by
CLAIMING A VOTE FOR EACH OF THE FORTY-EIGHT STATES...' " [65]

FEBRUARY 1945

"The Russians were demanding ADDITIONAL VOTES and SEPARATE UN
MEMBERSHIPS for the UKRAINE and BYELORUSSIA, which were actually INTEGRAL
PARTS of the Soviet Union. When the request was formally made at YALTA on February
7, Roosevelt agreed to go along, but he told Stalin in a February 10 communication: 'I am
somewhat concerned lest it be pointed out that the UNITED STATES will have only ONE
VOTE in the Assembly. It may be necessary for me, therefore, if I am to insure
wholehearted acceptance by the Congress and people of the United States of our
participation in the World Organization, to ask for ADDITIONAL VOTES in the Assembly
in order to give PARITY [equality] to the United States. I would like to know, before I face
this problem, that you perceive no objection and would support a proposal along this line
if it is necessary for me to make it at the forthcoming conference.' [66]

"Stalin replied the next day, agreeing that 'since the number of votes for the
Soviet Union is increased to three...the number of votes for the USA should also be
increased...If it is necessary I AM PREPARED OFFICIALLY TO SUPPORT THIS
PROPOSAL'." [67] Russia had THREE votes and had agreed that WE should have three
votes, but guess what happened? Up jumped the Devil, i.e., Harry Hopkins: Secretary of
State J. F. Byrnes left the Conference early. "Awaiting his return was a telegram from
Presidential advisor HARRY HOPKINS, confirming Stalin's willingness to give the United
States three votes, but also noting: 'In view of the fact that nothing on this whole subject
appears in the communique [issued following the Conference], the President is extremely
anxious [or so says his "advisor!"] no aspect of this question be discussed even
privately'." [68] The secrecy was maintained and "As a result, the feared protest failed to
materialize, [what a surprise!] and 'Later Roosevelt decided not to ask for the three votes
for the United States.' [69] So, while the Soviets got their three votes, we got one." [70]
ROOSEVELT JUST PUT US UNDER SOVIET RULE!!

APRIL 1945

"A phony, so-called, U.N. CONFERENCE was set up in San Francisco in 1945. All
the, so-called, representatives of 50-odd Nations gathered there and promptly signed the
CHARTER and the despicable traitor, ALGER HISS, flew to Washington with it, elatedly
submitted it to our Senate, and the Senate (elected by our people to SAFEGUARD OUR
SECURITY) signed the Charter WITHOUT SO MUCH AS READING IT...Again and again
and again we have been startled, shocked, bewildered, and horrified by their mistakes in
Berlin, in Korea, in Laos, in Katanga, in Cuba, in Vietnam; mistakes that ALWAYS
FAVORED THE ENEMY - never the United States. Under the law of averages, they should
have made at least one or two mistakes in OUR favor, but they never did..." [71]

"The entire UN project was cut and dried long before the organizational
conference in San Francisco in 1945. But, while that conference was attended by
delegates from many nations, it was quite obvious to the naked eye of anyone even
slightly 'in the know.' that the whole thing was a CFR CONVENTION!...Throughout World
War II - indeed during the rule of F.D. Roosevelt - the WHITE HOUSE WAS A NEST OF
TREASON [Just as it is TODAY] with HARRY HOPKINS serving as F.D.R.'s (and the CFR's)
chief carrier of the treason, as Col. House was Wilson's Bird of Evil Omen. Born into
poverty, - a true son of the proletariat, - he had no profession, no income. His home was
in New York's various YMCA and cheap hotels. Somehow he came under the observation
of the crafty ANNA ROSENBERG, who even then was F. D. ROOSEVELT's political
mentor. She saw real values in Hopkins, since all his life he had BLAMED THE PEOPLE
for all his bad luck...he became convinced that there was a conpiracy to prevent his
success in life. When Annie met him he was a very embittered man, WITH A DEEP AND
ABIDING HATRED (AND CONTEMPT) FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, who were 'HIS
ENEMY!' Annie recognized that he would stop at nothing to achieve revenge against that
enemy. In short, she knew that he would make a perfect tool (a real hatemonger perhaps)
for the then-aspirant FDR for the Governorship of New York, that he would carry out any
chicaneries that would be assigned to him...and that he would be cunning enough to
carry them out successfully!

"At first he served as a court jester for FRANKLIN and ELEANOR...but before long
both Roosevelts recognized those qualities in him that had attracted Annie. Both were
DELIGHTED with his contemptuous 'THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE DUMB.' And it was
this same Hopkins who, after Roosevelt entered the White House, coined the slogan: 'Tax
and tax and tax, spend and spend and spend' - and assured Roosevelt that: 'THE
AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE TOO DUMB TO EVER SENSE WHAT WE ARE DOING TO THEM.'
Even before Roosevelt was elected to the Presidency, Hopkins had become his alter ego -
exactly as Col. House had been Wilson's alter ego. It was no secret in the political circles
in Washington that Hopkins, the erstwhile 'poor-boy' was the BEHIND-THE-SCENES
ARCHITECT of the 'NEW DEAL.' The attempted COURT-PACKING scheme was evolved by
Hopkins, as was revealed by Louis Howe, Roosevelt's previous chief political advisor.

"It was during World War II that Hopkins rose to the pinnacle of his career. He
became Roosevelt's courier in all his (and the CFR's) dealings with Stalin. It was Harry
Hopkins who carried to Stalin the original gift of LEND-LEASE, giving all (ELEVEN
BILLION US DOLLARS) and asking for NOTHING in return! And it is a matter of record -
because he himself revealed it - that he said to Stalin: 'THE WORLD IS YOURS FOR THE
ASKING - JUST ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT AND THE UNITED STATES (THE DUMB
AMERICAN PEOPLE) WILL GIVE IT TO YOU!' And Stalin asked and asked and asked...and
the United States, - through Hopkins and Roosevelt, - gave and gave and gave! It was
Hopkins who gave the green light to HARRY DEXTER WHITE to provide Moscow with our
MONEY PLATES and the RIGHT INK AND PAPER to enable the Russkies to PRINT
BILLIONS OF AMERICAN DOLLARS. It was Harry Hopkins who gave the idea to White to
submit to Eisenhower the plot (actually, it was an ORDER!) to let the Russians loot
Germany of all her industrial plants and equipment, and thus transform Germany into a
helpless agricultural nation! Moreover, it was Hopkins who manipulated all the strings at
the Yalta meetings. We know that Roosevelt was a dying man when he attended those
Yalta Conferences. HE WAS VERGING ON COMPLETE SENILITY. With no mind of his
own, he did what he was told to do - and Harry Hopkins was doing the telling, either
directly, or through the Hisses, the Whites and the Bohlens!..." [72]

"And in 1945 the conspirators finally achieved the United Nations: their new
housing for their one-world government. And truly amazing, all of the American people
hailed this foul outfit as a HOLY OF HOLIES. Even after all the true FACTS about how the
U.N. was created were revealed, the American people continued to worship that evil
outfit...[Even after] Vasialia was given a leave of absence by the U.N., so that he could
take command of the North Koreans and Red Chinese who were fighting the so-called
U.N. 'POLICE ACTION' under our own GENERAL MC ARTHUR, who - by orders of the U.N.
- was fired by the pusillanimous [i.e., cowardly] PRESIDENT TRUMANn, in order to
prevent him from WINNING that war, our people still believed in the U.N. despite our
150,000 sons who were murdered and maimed in that war...

"Do you know that the U.N. Charter was written by traitor Alger Hess, Mulatoff,
and Vyshinsky? That Hess and Mulatoff had made within that SECRET AGREEMENT that
the MILITARY CHIEF of the U.N. was ALWAYS to be A RUSSIAN APPOINTED BY
MOSCOW? Do you know that at their secret meetings at Yalta, ROOSEVELT and STALIN -
at the behest of the Illuminati, operating as the CFR - decided that THE U.N. MUST BE
PLACED ON AMERICAN SOIL? Do you know that most of the U.N. CHARTER was copied
intact, WORD-FOR-WORD, from the MARX MANIFESTO and the RUSSIAN, so-called,
CONSTITUTION? Do you know that the only two Senators who voted AGAINST the U.N.
Charter had READ it? Do you know that since the U.N. was founded, communist
enslavement has grown from 250,000 to 1,000,000,000? [This was back in the 60s. There
are countless more since then] Do you know that since the U.N. was founded to insure
peace there have been at least 20 major wars INCITED BY THE U.N - just as they incited
war against little Rhodesia and Kuwait? Do you know that under the U.N. set up, the
American taxpayers have been forced to make up the U.N. Treasury deficit of many
millions of dollars, because of RUSSIA'S REFUSAL TO PAY HER SHARE? Do you know
that the U.N. has NEVER passed a resolution condemning RUSSIA or her so-called
satellites, but ALWAYS condemns OUR ALLIES? Do you know that J. EDGAR HOOVER
said: 'the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of the communist delegations to the U.N. are
ESPIONAGE agents' and that '66 SENATORS voted for a Consular Treaty to OPEN OUR
ENTIRE COUNTRY TO RUSSIAN SPIES AND SABOTEURS?'

"Do you know that THE U.N. HELPS RUSSIA'S CONQUEST OF THE WORLD BY
PREVENTING THE FREE WORLD FROM TAKING ANY ACTION WHATSOEVER, except to
debate each new aggression in the U.N. General Assembly? Do you know that at the time
of the Korean War there were 60 Nations in the U.N. - yet 95% of the U.N. FORCES were
our AMERICAN sons and practically 100% OF THE COST was paid by the UNITED
STATES TAXPAYERS? And surely you know that the U.N. policy during the Korean and
Vietnam Wars was to PREVENT us from winning those wars? Do you know that all the
BATTLE PLANS of General McArther had to go FIRST to the U.N. to be relayed to
VASIALIA, COMMANDER OF THE NORTH KOREANS AND RED CHINESE, and that any
FUTURE WARS fought by our sons under the U.N. FLAG would have to be fought by our
sons under the control of the U.N. SECURITY COUNCIL?

"Do you know that the U.N. has never done anything about the 80,000 Russian
Mongolian troops that occupy Hungary? Where was the U.N. when the HUNGARIAN
FREEDOM FIGHTERS were SLAUGHTERED by the Russians? Do you know that the U.N.
and its peace army TURNED THE CONGO OVER TO THE COMMUNISTS? Do you know
that the U.N.'s own, so-called, peace force was used to CRASH, RAPE, and KILL the
WHITE ANTI-COMMUNISTS in KATANGA? Do you know that the U.N. stood by and did
nothing while Red China invaded LAOS and VIETNAM?...Do you know that the U.N. was
directly responsible for AIDING CASTRO? That it does absolutely nothing about the many
thousands of CUBAN YOUNGSTERS who are shipped to RUSSIA for communist
indoctrination?

"Do you know that ADLAI STEVENSON said: 'the free world must expect to LOSE
MORE AND MORE DECISIONS in the U.N.' Do you know that the U.N. openly proclaims
that its CHIEF OBJECTIVE is a one-world government which means ONE-WORLD LAWS,
ONE-WORLD COURT, ONE-WORLD SCHOOLS, and a ONE-WORLD CHURCH in which
CHRISTIANITY WOULD BE PROHIBITED? Do you know that a U.N. law has been passed
to DISARM ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS and to TRANSFER ALL OUR ARMED FORCES TO
THE U.N.? [Most of the second part has already been accomplished under Bush and
Klinton] Such a law was secretly signed by saint' JACK KENNEDY in 1961. Do you realize
how that fits in with ARTICLE 47, PARAGRAPH 3, of the U.N. CHARTER, which states and
I quote: 'the military staff committee of the U.N. shall be responsible through the Security
Council for the strategic direction of all armed forces PLACED AT THE DISPOSAL OF
THE SECURITY COUNCIL' [Remember: KLINTON is a member of the council - that makes
YOUR armed forces HIS PRIVATE ARMY!] and when and if all our armed forces are
transferred to the U.N. - your sons would be FORCED to serve and DIE under the U.N.
command all over the world. This will happen unless you fight to get the U.S. out of the
U.N...

"Do you know that CONGRESSMAN JAMES B. UTT submitted a bill to get the U.S.
out of the U.N. and a resolution to prevent our President from forcing us to support the
U.N. embargoes on Rhodesia? Well, he did...[It failed and] Fifty Congressmen, spear-
headed by SCHWEIKER and MOORHEAD of Pennsylvania...introduced a bill to
IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER ALL OUR ARMED FORCES TO THE U.N...do you know that the
NATIONAL COUNCIL OF CHURCHES passed a resolution in San Francisco which states
that the United States will soon have to SUBORDINATE ITS WILL TO THE U.N. and that all
American citizens must be prepared to accept it?...In connection with that, bear in mind
that GOD IS NEVER MENTIONED IN THE U.N. CHARTER and their meetings are never
opened with PRAYER. The creators of the U.N. stipulated in advance that there should be
NO MENTION OF GOD OR JESUS CHRIST in the U.N. Charter or in its U.N.
headquarters...do you know that the great MAJORITY of the, so-called, Nations in the U.N.
are ANTI-CHRISTIANITY and that the U.N. is a completely godless organization by orders
of its creators; the CFR Illuminati?

"Have you heard enough of the truth [about] the ILLUMINATI'S UNITED NATIONS?
Do you want to leave your sons and our precious country to the unholy mercy of the
Illuminati's United Nations?...write, telegraph, or phone your Representatives and
Senators that they must...get the U.S. out of the U.N. and the U.N. out of the U.S...It is the
only salvation for your sons and for our country..." [73]

1946

Once the United Nations was safely installed, the Conspirators turned their
attention to bringing the other countries into line - via the age-old bribe-battery
technique: the might of the US military combined with an endless supply of US dollars:
"...FOREIGN AID is a powerful means of exercising control of countries...It also keeps
U.S. citizens in a state of INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE and therefore less able to mount
meaningful opposition to government. DAVID ROCKEFELLER knew what he was doing
when his foreign aid bill became law in 1946. It has, since then, become one of the most
hated laws on the statute books, following public exposure of what it is: a RACKET run
by government and paid for by we, the people." During that same year, the Conspirators
began a buildup of their most lethal weapon to date: "...in 1946 the CLUB OF ROME was
ordered by the COMMITTEE OF 300 [We'll get back to these later] to further the progress
of 'THINK TANKS' which it said offered a new means of spreading the Committee's
philosophy..." [74]

FEBRUARY 1946

"...In an interview with the 'TIMES-HERALD' of Washington for February 18, 1946,
JOSEPH E. DAVIES, [Our] Ambassador to the Soviet Union in 1936-39, and author of a
book and movie of flagrant propaganda, 'MISSION TO MOSCOW' was quoted as saying,
'Russia, in self-defense, has EVERY MORAL RIGHT to seek atomic bomb secrets through
military espionage if excluded from such information by her former fighting allies!' " [75]

APRIL 1946

"...following the war, the microdot was the subject of one of [Hoover's] many
ghost-written 'READER'S DIGEST' articles, called 'THE ENEMY'S MASTERPIECE OF
DECEPTION.' The article itself was something of a masterpiece in deception. It made no
mention of Popov; gave full credit for the discovery to an ANONYMOUS TECHNICIAN in
the FBI Lab; and stated that the initial microdot had been found 'on the front of [an]
envelope,' apparently in an attempt to disguise the fact that the FBI was OPENING MAIL,
both foreign and domestic...But Hoover wasn't exaggerating the importance of the
microdot. One of the first microdot messages the FBI obtained from the British censors in
Bermuda included questions about the AMERICAN ATOMIC ENERGY PROGRAM." [76]

JUNE 1947

"In June 1947, a Senate Appropriations subcommittee addressed a SECRET
MEMORANDUM to MARSHALL, calling to his attention a condition that developed and
still flourishes in the State Department under the administration of DEAN ACHESON. It is
evident that there is a deliberate, calculated program being carried out not only to
PROTECT COMMUNIST PERSONNEL IN HIGH PLACES but to REDUCE SECURITY AND
INTELLIGENCE PROTECTION to a nullity. On file in the department is a copy of a
preliminary report of the FBI on Soviet espionage activities in the United States which
involves a large number of State Department employees, some in high official positions.
The memorandum listed the names of NINE of these State Department officials and said
that they were 'only a few of the HUNDREDS now employed in varying capacities who are
protected and allowed to remain despite the fact that their presence is an OBVIOUS
HAZARD TO NATIONAL SECURITY'...It was also during the mid-to-late 1940s that
communist sympathizers in the State Department played a key role in the subjugation of
mainland China by the Reds. 'It is my judgment, and I was in the State Department at the
time,' said former Ambassador William D. Pawley, 'that this whole fiasco, the loss of
China and the subsequent difficulties with which the United States has been faced, was
the result of mistaken policy of Dean Acheson, Phil Jessup, [Owen] Lattimore, John
Carter Vincent, John Service, John Davies, [O.E.] Clubb, and others.' Asked if he thought
the mistaken policy was the result of 'sincere mistakes of judgment,' Pawley replied: 'NO,
I DON'T. [77]

1949

"...in 1949 the 'NEW YORK TIMES' printed the following statement of a
'spokesman' for the United Nations: 'Jordan never worked for the United Nations.' I
thereupon took the original copy of my orders in person to the 'Times,' explained that this
was an Army designation as early as 1942, and asked them in fairness to run a correction
(which THEY DID NOT DO), since I never claimed to have 'worked for the United Nations'
and their story left the impression that I was lying." [78]

JANUARY 1949

"...on January 30, 1949, one year before McCarthy's Wheeling speech, a young
congressman from Massachusetts deplored 'THE DISASTERS BEFALLING CHINA AND
THE UNITED STATES,' and declared that 'it is of the utmost importance that we search
out and spotlight those who must bear the responsibility for our present predicament.'
The congressman placed a major part of the blame on 'a SICK Roosevelt,' General George
Marshall, and 'our diplomats and their advisers, the Lattimores and the Fairbanks,' and he
concluded: 'This is the tragic story of China whose freedom we once fought to preserve.
WHAT OUR YOUNG MEN HAD SAVED, OUR DIPLOMATS AND OUR PRESIDENT HAVE
FRITTERED AWAY.' The congressman's name was JOHN F. KENNEDY." [79]

SEPTEMBER 1949

"...There seemed to be no lengths to which some American officials would not go
in aiding Russia to master the secret of nuclear fission. For four years, MONOPOLY OF
THE A-BOMB was the CORNERSTONE of our military and overseas policy, yet on
September 23, 1949, long in advance of Washington estimates, PRESIDENT TRUMAN
announced that an ATOMIC EXPLOSION had occurred in the SOVIET UNION." [80]

NOVEMBER 1949

"Not until the latter part of 1949 was it definitely proved, from responsible records,
that during the war Federal agencies delivered to Russia at least three consignments of
URANIUM CHEMICALSs, totaling 1,465 POUNDS, or nearly three-quarters of a ton.
Confirmed also was the shipment of one kilogram, or 2.2 POUNDS, of URANIUM METAL
at a time when the TOTAL AMERICAN STOCK WAS 4.5 POUNDS. Implicated by name
were the LEND-LEASE ADMINISTRATION, the DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, the
PROCUREMENT DIVISION OF THE TREASURY and the BOARD OF ECONOMIC
WARFARE. The STATE DEPARTMENT became involved to the extent of REFUSING
ACCESS to files of Lend-Lease and its successor, the FOREIGN ECONOMIC
ADMINISTRATION." [81]

DECEMBER 1949

"Asked as a witness whether it was possible for uranium shipments to have been
made in 1944, General Groves answered, 'Not if we could have helped it, and not with our
knowledge of any kind. They would have had to be entirely secret, and not discovered.'
He declared there was no way for the Russians to get uranium products in this country
'without the support of US authorities in one way or another.'

'We had no expectation,' General Groves testified December 7, 1949, 'of permitting
that material to go out of this country. It would have been stopped.' [82] So far as the
United States was concerned, the embargo held fast. The truth that it had been side-
stepped by means of resort to Canadian sources did not come to the General's
knowledge until three years later.

"...on December 14, 1949, in a report of the ATLANTIC UNION COMMITTEE,
PROFESSOR HAROLD C. UREY, American scientist, who sat in the innermost circle of the
MANHATTAN PROJECT, said that Major Jordan should be COURT-MARTIALED if he had
removed anything from planes bound for Russia." [83]

"...FIFTY YEARS AFTER the deliberate sellout of nations to the Soviets at Yalta,
the death of OVER 100 MILLION PEOPLE because of Communism, and millions of
Eastern Europeans still suffering under (reform) communist regimes, the communist
murderers are not brought to justice! WHY?...After World War II the captive nations under
the new warlords' yoke of Communism realized that it was not really 'liberation' at all - at
least not for the majority - but their ENSLAVEMENT!...the Masterminds of the
Hierarchy...wasted no time at all: the 'education' started in the schools right after the war!
Then of course EVERY country's government and its politicians had to be cleansed from
'dusty old ideas' and RE-EDUCATED. Today MOST goverments in the world are agents of
the World Government, (i.e. WORLD COMMUNISM!) that destroys the independence of
nations for the sake of globalization. Soon there will be only one culture, one language,
one religion...and because of multi-culturalism's FORCED race-mixing, white human
beings will simply disappear. [EXCEPT FOR THE ELITE!] But is this what we want? Think
about it!...Isn't it time we all woke up? We are in the TWENTY-FOURTH HOUR!" [84]

"In conclusion I have this to say. You probably are familiar with the story of how
one DR. FRANKENSTIEN created a monster to do his will of destroying his chosen
victims but how instead in the end; that monster turned on his own creator, Frankenstien,
and destroyed him. Well, the Illuminati/CFR has created A MONSTER CALLED THE
UNITED NATIONS (who is supported by their minority groups, rioting negroes, the
traitorous mass communications media, and the traitors in Washington D.C.) which was
CREATED TO DESTROY THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. We know all about that many-headed
HYDROMONSTER and we know the names of those who created that monster. We know
all their names and I predict that one fine day the American people will come fully awake
and cause that very monster to destroy its creator. True! The majority of our people are
still being brainwashed, deceived, and deluded by our traitorous press, TV, and radio,
and by our traitors in Washington D.C.; but surely by now enough is known about the
U.N. to stamp out that outfit as a deadly poisonous rattlesnake in our midst...WHAT WILL
IT TAKE TO AWAKEN AND AROUSE OUR PEOPLE...? ...spread this story to all loyal
Americans in your community...read it to study groups assembled in your homes, at
meetings of the American Legion, the VFW, the DAR, all other civic groups and women's
clubs; especially the women's clubs who have their sons lives at stake...FOR THE LOVE
OF GOD...OUR COUNTRY...YOUR CHILDREN, use it! Get a copy of it into every American
