Have any of y'all been wondering how all this "POLITICAL CORRECTNESS" that
has been strangling our freedoms came about? Well, we PRESIDENT CARTER
to thank: On December 16, 1966, the Un General Assembly adopted TWO United
Nations "covenants" DESIGNED TO CONTROL EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVES. On October
5th, 1977, President Carter signed them - placing the United States under
their mandates. Let's look at the first one, the "COVENANT ON ECONOMIC,
SOCIAL AND CULTURAL RIGHTS" (ESC):
"The obligation of a state ratifying the [ESC] Covenant would be to take
steps for the promotion of conditions for economic, social, and cultural
progress and development." These states (nations) would then be obligated
to take steps "to the maximum of its available resources" to progressively
provide the following so-called "RIGHTS" set forth in the covenant:

ARTICLE 7 - a MINIMUM WAGE and "DECENT LIVING" to workers;
ARTICLE 9 - "SOCIAL SECURITY, including social insurance;"
ARTICLE 11 - adequate "FOOD, CLOTHING and HOUSING;"
ARTICLE 12 - SOCIALIZED MEDICINE through "creation of conditions which
would assure to all medical service and medical attention in the event
of sickness;"
ARTICLE 13 - GOVERNMENT CONTROL OF EDUCATION, and the use of schools as
pro-UN indoctrination centers, by asserting that all educational institutions
must "FURTHER THE ACTIVITIES OF THE UNITED NATIONS" and conform to such

15, 1967 an executive session of the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee
heard testimony regarding the status of the 'UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS
AGREEMENT'...This hearing is very important indeed, for it presents a strong
case that the United Nations Headquarters Agreement DOES NOT EVEN EXIST.
If that is the case, the presence of the United Nations in New York City
is ILLEGAL...The problem is...that the UN Headquarters Agreement approved

as the one approved by the Congress of the United States. Following are
the chronological details:

"On December 14, 1946 (after JOHN D. ROCKEFELLER donated 8-AND-A-HALF-MILLION
DOLLARS for a piece of land beside the East River, between 42nd and 48th
Streets - owned by the ROCKEFELLERS), the General Assembly authorized the
Secretary-General to negotiate the Headquarters Agreement. A draft agreement
was signed by the Secretary-General and our Secretary of State on June
26, 1947 and sent by President Truman to the Congress for approval on July
2.
"On July 3rd, a Joint Resolution incorporating the draft agreement was
introduced in the Senate. It was favorably reported by the Foreign Relations
Committee WITH AN AMENDMENT on July 14 and passed by the Senate three days
later. On July 26, the House of Representatives passed the Joint Resolution
after accepting the Senate amendment (which was designed to protect our
immigration laws) and ADDING ITS OWN AMENDMENT to protect the RIGHT of
this country to safeguard its own security. The Senate passed the amended
measure on the same day, and on August 4, 1947, the Resolution was signed
by President Truman and became "PUBLIC LAW 357" of the 80th U.S. Congress.

that officially transmitted the matter to the General Assembly. However,
the agreement that was transmitted by the report was NOT the amended agreement
that the U.S. Congress had approved: It was the ORIGINAL DRAFT of June

June 26 agreement and authorized the Secretary-General to bring it into
