 R??? ALL of the members of the Constitutional Convention were revolutionary "radicals." They
included Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, John Adams, etc. - in other words, the ones who were creating the
Constitution - the FOUNDERS OF THIS COUNTRY - some of whom included the "common man"! -- OL]

    When the Russian Colonel tells Jordan that a "MONEY PLANE" that had crashed in Siberia, has been replaced, Jordan asks for an explanation. Kotikov informs him that engraving plates and other materials have been shipped to Russia SO THE SOVIETS CAN PRINT THE SAME MONEY THE AMERICANS ARE USING - backed by the U.S. Treasury!     And what was the Soviet leader's reaction to all this largesse? According to a professor from Stanford University's Hoover Institution:

An exaction by the U.S. Government, which is not based upon law statutory or otherwise, is a taking of property without due process of law, in violation of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.     'Even officers, agents and employees of United States agencies are assured due process where garnishment is concerned (5 USC º 5520a), so the notion that IRS has authority to execute garnishment and other seizures via the private sector without due process is clearly absurd. In the English-American lineage, DUE PROCESS has always been deemed to mean trial by jury under rules of the common law indigenous to the several States; THE DE JURE [lawful] PEOPLE OF AMERICA ARE NOT SUBJECT to ADMIRALTY or ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNALS.

    "The proposed amendment arises from a rather odd situation. A nation is threatened by invasion, not by a foreign army, but by its own legal entanglements. Not soldiers, but theoreticians and visionaries attack its independence and aim to bring its people UNDER THE RULE of an agglomeration of FOREIGN governments.
    "This is something new in history. There have been occasions when a weak nation sought security by placing itself under the yoke of a strong one.     [NOTE: *"A little knowledge is a dangerous thing" indeed and this is a perfect example. Chodorov - like
the globalists - is quoting only part of Article VI. Between "the Constitution" and "to the contrary notwithstanding" is a phrase they are trying to get people to forget: "or the Laws of any State" As I have pointed out before, they are talking about STATE constitutions and laws. Not the US Constitution! The United States Constitution is differentiated from state constitutions by designating it as "THIS Constitution." - OL]
