AMERICA'S
SECRET WAR
SEPARATION OF
CHURCH AND STATE
"Much has been written in recent years concerning Thomas Jefferson's reference
in 1802 to 'A WALL OF SEPARATION BETWEEN CHURCH AND STATE'...Jefferson's
figure of speech has received so much attention that one would almost
THINK
at times that it is to be found SOMEWHERE IN OUR CONSTITUTION."
- BAER v. KOLMORGEN, 181 NY S2d. 230,237 (Sup.Ct.NY1958)
*
"Although the statesmen and patriots who framed the Constitution had made
it clear that no one Christian denomination would become
the official denomination, the Danbury Baptists expressed their concern
over a rumor that a particular denomination was soon to be recognized as
the national denomination." - DAVID
BARTON ('The Myth Of Separation: What is the correct relationship between
Church and State? A revealing look at what the Founders and early Courts
really said' - Wallbuilder Press) (1992)
*
"I contemplate with solemn reverence that act of the whole American people
which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting
an establishment of religion, or PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE
thereof,' thus building a WALL OF SEPARATION between Church and State."
- PRESIDENT THOMAS JEFFERSON (Excerpt from letter sent to the Danbury,
Connecticut Baptists, to allay their fears) (1/1/1802)
*
"When they have opened a gap in the hedge or WALL OF SEPARATION
between the garden of the church and the wilderness
of the world, God hath ever broke down the wall itself...And that
there fore if He will eer please to restore His garden and paradise again,
it
must of necessity be walled in peculiarly unto Himself FROM THE WORLD..."
- ROGER WILLIAMS (*a
prominent Baptist minister, whose words Jefferson borrowed to establish
common ground with a denomination which he was not a member of.)
(*This
then, dear friends, is the REAL origin of this phrase. NOT
- as we are constantly being told - the Constitution or Declaration of
Independence - or any other government paper or ruling. Don't you
find it rather fascinating that the destruction of our Constitution, and
the ensuing downfall of our Republic and the world, could have been avoided
- or slowed down, at least - if somebody had just
refused to spread FALSE
RUMORS?! - OL)
*
"That 'wall' was originally introduced as, and understood to be, a ONE-directional
wall PROTECTING THE CHURCH FROM THE GOVERNMENT...There is probably
no other instance in America's history where words spoken by an INDIVIDUAL
have become the LAW OF THE LAND. Jefferson's remark now carries
more weight in judicial circles than does the writing of any other Founder...[the
Justices] selected someone who was NOT a part of the Constitutional
proceedings or even IN THE NATION at the time. And on top of that,
they used his words in a manner in which HE NEVER WOULD HAVE APPROVED!"
- DAVID BARTON
*
"The CHURCH in the USSR is SEPARATED FROM THE STATE, and the SCHOOL FROM
THE CHURCH." - CONSTITUTION OF THE SOVIET UNION
(Article 52)
(*AH-HA!
Now we know the REAL reason behind all this. It had absolutely nothing
whatsoever with being Constitutionally-correct. Of course, the Supreme
Court never cared about our Constitution. This ruling was simply part of
their [New World Order architects'] plan to enforce the "convergence
of capitalism with communism! - Ol)
*
"There is no such thing as separation of church and state
in the Constitution. It is a lie of the Left and we are not going to take
it anymore." - PAT ROBERTSON (address to the American
Center for Law and Justice) (11/93)
*
"Yes, religion and politics DO mix. America is a nation based
on biblical principles. Christian values dominate our government.
The test of those values is the Bible. Politicians who do not use the Bible
to guide their public and private lives do not belong in office."
- BEVERLY LA HAYE (Concerned Women for America - "MS") (2/87)
*
"The exact origin of the Ten Commandments is uncertain, but...a large portion
of our population believes they are Bible-based. Even so...it also has
substantial secular attributes...The Ten Commandments is an affirmation
of at least a precedent legal code...
"But this creed does not include any element of coercion concerning these
beliefs, unless one considers it coercive to look upon the Ten Commandments.
Although they are in plain view, no one is required to read or recite them.
"It does not seem reasonable to require removal of a passive monument,
involving no compulsion, because its accepted precepts, as a foundation
for law, reflect the religious nature of an ancient era."
- ANDERSON v. SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION; 475 F.2d 29,33,34 (10th Cir.)
(1973) cert. denied, 414 U.S. 879
(*"Ancient"?!!
What are these? Kids?! I suppose it just goes to show how far liberals
are willing to go to prove there is no God and Man is all-powerful. Think
about it: when they are trying to make us believe Man - and this incredibly-complex
universe he lives in - couldn't possibly have been created in a mere six
[God-time] days by a loving designer, they try to persuade us that all
life began accidently as a result of an explosion in space.
From there, it "evolved" over BILLIONS of years, getting better
and more complex [in total contradiction of the laws of natural
science!] with each evolutionary advance. [Hmmm. Wonder when babies - human
or animal - are going to start "evolving" into a higher species?]
On the other hand, when they want us to believe America is a secular [Godless]
society, they refer to our first couple of HUNDRED years as an "ancient"
time! I have to admit I do agree with them
on one thing: this
ugly, polluted hate-filled "New World Order" we live in today absolutely
has to be Man-made - by the Devil's Advocates. God described His
world as "GOOD!!" - OL)
*
"The posting of a copy of the Ten Commandments...on the wall of each public
school classroom... has no secular legislative purpose, and therefore is
unconstitutional as violating the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
While the state legislature required the notation in small print at the
bottom of each display that '[t]he SECULAR application ofthe Ten
Commandments is clearly seen in its adoption as
THE FUNDAMENTAL
LEGAL CODE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION and THE
COMMON LAW OF THE UNITED
STATES," such an 'avowed' (frank, direct) secular purpose is not
sufficient to avoid conflict with the First Amendment...Nor is it significant
that the Ten Commandments are merely posted rather than read aloud."
- STONE v. GRAHAM; 449 U.S. 39 (1980)
*
"Who would have believed that the Supreme Court in 1980 would uphold the
decision of a Kentucky school board ("Stone v. Graham") that the Ten Commandments,
THE
BASIS OF ENGLISH LAW and the most important code of laws ever written,
were illegal to display on the walls of the public schools because they
represented a religious symbol? "Ironically, just a few weeks before the
Court's decision, some Polish high school students had demonstrated openly
against their country's communist authorities for ordering the removal
of the Catholic crucifix that still adorned the walls of their public schools
- and the government backed down. AMERICANS CHEERED THE COURAGE OF
THOSE YOUNG PEOPLE
for speaking out against their repressive government. Yet when our atheistically-dominated
Supreme Court removed the Ten Commandments from our halls, NOT A WHIMPER
WAS HEARD."
- TIM LA HAYE ('Faith of Our Founding Fathers') (1987)
*
"The 1962 decision opened the way to a flood of similar suits. Once religion
had been made vulnerable, a series of assaults were made in one court or
another, on one issue after another. Cases were started to argue against
TAX-EXEMPT STATUS for churches. Suits were brought to abolish
the words, 'UNDER GOD' from the Pledge of Allegiance, and to remove
'IN GOD WE TRUST' from public documents and from our currency."
- PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN ("The Speech That Shook The Nation" - "Forerunner")
(12/84)
*
"The CRECHE (manger scene)...is no more an advancement or endorsement
of religion than the congressional and executive recognition of the origins
of Christmas...It would be ironic if...the creche in the display, as part
of a celebration of an event ackowledged in the Western World for
20 centuries, and in this country by the PEOPLE, the EXECUTIVE BRANCH,
CONGRESS, and the COURTS for 2 CENTURIES, would so 'TAINT'
the exhibition as to render it violative of the Establishment Clause. To
forbid the use of this one passive symbol...would be an overreaction CONTRARY
TO THIS NATION'S HISTORY." - LYNCH v. DONNELLY;
465 U.S. 668, 669-670 (1985)
*
"The DISPLAY OF A CRECHE - a representation of the nativity of Jesus...conveys
an endorsement of religion, in violation of the establishment of religion
clause of the Federal Constitution's First Amendment and therefore must
be permanently enjoined (FORBIDDEN)." -
COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY v. ACLU; 106 L.Ed.2d 472, 475 (1989)
(*Hmmm.
Wonder what part of "PROHIBIT" the Supreme Court did
not understand? They were only able to apply the mythical
phrase "wall of separation" to the US Constitution by ignoring the actual
wording of the Constitution and merging the Fourteenth Amendment
with the First Amendment. This was such a landmark decision, the
"Justices" were unable to cite any previous decision as a legal basis.
In fact, this decision was so UNConstitutional, it
demands a closer look:
To begin with, it was the authors themselves who added the
FIRST
Amendment - along with the rest of the Bill of Rights a mere four
years later [1791] - for the express purpose of clarifying what rights
the Constitution protects. Remember: the US Constitution was created simply
to "PROTECT" the "unalienable" rights GOD
gave to us at birth!]
The FOURTEENTH Amendment was ratified in 1868,
twenty-one
years later. The original intent of this Amendment was to make
the former slaves citizens and to protect their fundamental rights - a
good and just thing. Then,in 1947 [79 years later] - in "Everson v.
Board of Education" - for the first time ever, the Supreme Court
used the 14th Amendment as a tool to apply the 1st Amendment as a WEAPON
against
the states. The only possible application the justices could make
of this Amendment to the First Amendment or any of the other ones is the
last line of Section 1: "...nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction
the equal protection of the laws." Under global law
brought about through numerous UNConstitutional treaties, the US Constitution
is now being used to protect illegal aliens, anti-God and Jesus residents
[legal and illegal], anti-Constitutionalists, and enemies of the American
Way of life - while at the same time using it against
native-born, Christian Constitutionalists! Under the Constitution, the
Supreme Court has no right to make law - so legally, this could only be
viewed as their opinion. Of course, the same can be said of "political
correctness," but, in practice, we all know anything declared to be "PC"
is automatically accepted by our "dumbed-down" public as more mandatory
than the Ten Commandments! - OL)

SUSTAINABLE
DEVELOPMENT
"...in order to maintain the biomass that is tied up in the six billion
of us, we have to gobble up 200 species a day - in addition to all the
food we produce in the ordinary way. We need the biomass of those 200 species
to maintain this biomass, the biomass that is in us. And when we've gobbled
up those species, they're gone - extinct. Vanished forever...If this were
something that was going to stop next week or next month, that would be
okay. But the unfortunate fact is that it's not. It's something that's
going to go on happening every day, day after day after day - and
that's what makes it un- sustainable, by definition. That kind of cataclysmic
destruction cannot be sustained." - DANIEL QUINN
{Address: "The New Renaissance"
- Commencement ceremonies of the Texas Academy of Leadership in the Humanities,
Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas) (5/5/01)
(*Reality
check: Considering how many new species come into
being every single day [and have been doing so since the beginning of time],
if no species had ever became "extinct," our planet would
have become overrun with wild animals long ago - especially the more prolific
ones! What chance do you think humans - including you, Mr.
Quinn - would have had of surviving a world-wide jungle such as you dream
of? Thank GOD, the truth is these species have simply
been REPLACED! - OL)
*
"...humans are fundamentally and irrevocably flawed. We look
at the world around us and find that turtles are not flawed, crows are
not flawed, daffodils are not flawed, mosquitoes are not flawed, salmon
are not flawed - in fact, not a single species in the world is flawed -
except us. It makes no sense, but it does pass the medieval tests for knowledge.
It's reasonable - and it's certainly supported by authority. It's reasonable
because it provides us with an excuse we badly need. We're destroying the
world - eating it alive - but it's not our fault. It's the fault of human
nature. WE'RE JUST BADLY MADE, so what can you expect?"
- DANIEL QUINN {Address: "The New Renaissance" - Commencement ceremonies
of the Texas Academy of Leadership in the Humanities, Lamar University,
Beaumont, Texas) (5/5/01)

for yourself, Quinn. Maybe you derive some sort of comfort in believing
that you "evolved" from fish, apes, or whatever else the Humanist scientists
are claiming at the moment, but, personally, I KNOW that I
was created by a loving and awesome God - and according to the Bible, I
was "wonderfully made." AMEN! - OL)

"Go down to Brazil, find yourself a hunk of rain forest, and cut it down
or burn it down. Now bring in a herd of cows to pasture there. Or plant
potatoes or pineapples or lima beans. All the biomass that was formerly
tied up in the birds, insects, and mammals living in that hunk of rain
forest is now going into cows, potatoes, pineapples, or lima beans - which
is to say into FOOD for us." - DANIEL
QUINN {Address: "The New Renaissance" - Commencement ceremonies of the
Texas Academy of Leadership in the Humanities, Lamar University, Beaumont,

course, this applies to any place on earth you would care
to name. So, exactly what are you suggesting, Quinn? Should everybody
- except you and those you want to keep around you, of course
- commit suicide, so that the earth can go back to it's pristine wild beauty?
OK. Everybody willing to kill themselves, so Quinn and his kind can live
in a new Garden of Eden, raise your hand. Oh, come now. Don't be shy. Anybody...?

"If there are still people living here in 200 years, they will know (as
surely as we know that the earth revolves around the sun) that humanity
doesn't belong to an order of being that is separate from the rest of the
living community. I can make that prediction with confidence, because if
people go on believing that we belong to a separate order
of being, then there will be NO people living here in 200
years." - DANIEL QUINN {Address: "The New

"A new study by scientists at Michigan State University and Stanford University
shows that a worldwide trend toward smaller households is contributing
to sprawling development and increased resource consumption at a rate significantly
greater than human population growth, reports 'Environment News Service.'
A rising divorce rate and a movement away from multi- -generational housing
are fueling an increasing number of households even in areas where population
is declining. The scientists blame the growth in the number of households
for loss of habitat, natural resources and biodiversity. "[W]e've found
that urban and suburban sprawl are accelerating faster than population
growth is decelerating," said Stanford University ecologist Gretchen Daily,

"The State of New Jersey is purchasing farmland vulnerable to sprawl, stripping
its development rights, and reselling it to farmers at an affordable
price, reports the 'Star-Ledger.' The state hopes that by selling
deed-restricted
land to farmers at a lower price, it will help keep struggling
farmers in busi- ness and slow suburban sprawl. Often farmers cannot afford
more land at the prices developers would pay for it. When the state steps
in and purchases the land, then resells it WITHOUT
DEVELOPMENT
RIGHTS, farmers are able to buy the land and farm on it. From 1990
through 1998, the state bought and resold 3,255 acres, adding another 4,165
acres from 1999 through 2002, funded by voter approval in 1999 of $2 billion

TAXATION
"...the Constitution of the United States of America has been trampled
on and ignored - through allowing the privately-owned FEDERAL RESERVE
to create paper currency and charge you 47 Million dollars in interest
PER HOUR - money coming from the mouths of your children and the
college education funds of your grandchildren, all the while the children
and grandchildren of the owners of the Federal Reserve will never have
to work a day in their lives, and that is wrong, on so many different levels.
And let me tell you, that as a black woman I am keenly aware of the history
of slavery. But do you understand that WE ARE ALL SLAVES TO THIS
SYSTEM? Do you understand that the media and Hollywood play a
part keeping the American people so fixated on 'Alley McBeal,' 'WWF Smackdown,'

This money collected from our sweat and tears is used to perpetuate re-distribution

the people over the head with this 'fair share' garbage. Well, what
IS fair share? Haven't the FAMILIES OF THE VICTIMS in New
York City and the Pentagon paid their fairshare? Haven't the
men and women that lost sons and daughters, husbands and wives in VIETNAM,
KOREA and the other battles paid THEIR FAIR SHARE?"

"Before the 'New York Times' agreed to run our ad on February
10th, their lawyers wanted proof that MR. [ALAN] DERSHOWITZ actually
said those things about our rights and the Constitution. I had to agree
to play the video tape, while holding a telephone near the television,
so the Times' lawyer could hear Mr. Dersowitz speaking those words.
The 'Times' evidently expected a significant public reaction
to our ad - and specifically to Mr. Dershowitz's statements. I too, expected
a significant reaction to Mr. Dershowitz's comments, and to our message
in the February 10th 'NY Times' ad.
"I expected outrage from those individuals and institutions well-known
for their eloquent rhetoric in defense of our Constitution and our *UNALIENABLErights
as American citizens. Such organizations as the CATO INSTITUTE,
The HERITAGE FOUNDATION, The FUTURE OF FREEDOM FOUNDATION
The LIBERTARIAN PARTY, the REFORM PARTY, the CONSTITUTION
PARTY - even JESSE VENTURA. I expected a resounding denunciation
of Mr Dershowitz's statements by the so-called champions of liberty in
our government - people like RON PAUL, BOB BARR, and congressional
members of the LIBERTY CAUCUS. I expected to hear loud protests
from the few patriotic members of our print and broadcast media like the
'Washington Times.'
"I was certain that religious leaders across the country would passionately
object to Mr. Dershowitz's claim that Americans have NO unalienable
or
Constitutionally-guaranteed right to religious expression
WITHOUT GOVERNMENT
APPROVAL. I expected patriotic attorneys and business people from every
corner of our great nation to stand in protest of Mr. Dershowitz's contention
that our Constitution is merely a
PIECE OF PAPER. I hoped,
and believed that after reading the 'New York Times' ad, American
men and women from every walk of life would loudly reject Mr Dershowitz'a
claim that GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE GIVEN ABSOLUTE CONTROL AND SUPREME
AUTHORITY OVER OUR LIVES. But I was wrong.
"WE HEARD FROM NO ONE. No voice was raised

"What's the difference between a tax collector and a taxidermist?
A taxidermist only takes the skin." - MARK
TWAIN
*
"There are two distinct classes of people...those who pay taxes and those
who receive and live upon taxes." - THOMAS PAINE
*
"The trick is to stop thinking of it as 'your' money."
- TAX AUDITOR
*
TERRORISM
"Only the STATE obtains its revenue by coercion."
- MURRAY ROTHBARD
(*And
the difference is...? - OL)
*
"Violence to me is against living things. But inanimate objects?
I think you can be destructive, you can use vandalism strategically. It
may be violence under the law, but I JUST DON'T THINK IT'S
VIOLENCE." - JOHN SELLERS (Director of
Ruckus Society, in "Mother Jones" Magazine) (9/10/00)
*
(*OK,
but you better be careful: vandalize the wrong person and
you
might violence being used against YOU! - OL)
*
"There's a cadre, if you will, of criminal conspirators who
are about the business of planning conspiracies to go in and cause mayhem
and cause property damage." - JOHN TIMONEY (Philadelphia
Police Commissioner, quoted in "John Sellers and the Ruckus Society" -
"Salon.com")
(8/8/00)

"Today I am issuing a second directive to provide training
to federal, state and local law enforcement in the use of all available
resources in the war on terrorism, including training on foreign
intelligence, how to identify it and with whom to share it...In
addition to these fundamental changes, I am establishing a National
Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee on Counter-Terrorism."
- ATTORNEY GENERAL JOHN ASHCROFT (Anti-Terrorism Coordinators Conference)

TYRANNY
"Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did, and it never will.
Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found out the exact
amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these
will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or with
both. The limits of TYRANTS are prescribed by the endurance
of those whom they oppress." - FREDERICK
DOUGLASS (8/4/1857)
*
"Whatever crushes individuality is DESPOTISM, by whatever
name it may be called." - JOHN STUART MILL
*
"How strangely will the TOOLS OF A TYRANT pervert the plain Meaning
of Words!" - SAMUEL ADAMS
(*All
the better to deceive you, my pretty!
In his futuristic novel '1984,' George Orwell called this confusing language,
"newspeak."
Today's tyrants call these optimistic and misleading terms "euphemisms."
Of course, where I hail from, we just call them plain old LIES!
- OL)
*
"The only good bureaucrat is one with a pistol at his head. Put it in his
hand
and it's good-by to the BILL OF RIGHTS."
- H.L. MENCKEN
*
"It is a grave error to suppose that a DICTATORSHIP rules a nation
by means of strict, rigid laws which are obeyed and enforced
with rigorous, military precision. Such a rule would be evil, but almost
bearable; men could endure the harshest edicts, provided these edicts
were known, specific and stable; it is not the known that
breaks men's spirits, but the unpredictable. A dictatorship has to be capricious;
it has to rule by means of the unexpected, the incomprehensible,
the wantonly irrational; it has to deal not in death,
but in SUDDEN death; a state of CHRONIC UNCERTAINTY
is what men are psychologically unable to bear. "
- AYN RAND
*
"It makes no difference whether government controls allegedly
favor the interests of labor or business, of the poor or the rich, of a
special class or a special race: the results are the same. The notion that
a dictatorship can benefit any one social group at the expense of others
is a worn remnant of the MARXIST mythology of class warfare,
refuted by half a century of factual evidence. ALL men are victims
and losers under a dictatorship; NOBODY wins - EXCEPT THE RULINGCLIQUE."
- AYN RAND
*
"It is the very essence of DESPOTISM (tyranny) that it can never
afford to fail. This is what dis- tinguishes it most vitally
from democracy. In a despotism there is no organized opposition
which can take over the power when the Administration in office has failed.
All the eggs are in one basket. Everything is staked
on ONE coterie of men." - WALTER LIPPMANN
(*And
Lippmann would know: he was an Insider - a "journalist" who regularly provided
the Global Clique with much-needed cover and essential
assistance! - OL)
*
"The smallest minority on earth is the INDIVIDUAL.
Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be DEFENDERS
of minorities." - AYN RAND
*
"To say that subjects [WE The People] in general are not
proper judges (of the law) when their governors oppress them and play the
tyrant, and when they defend their rights...is as great a TREASON
as ever a man uttered..." - JOHNATHAN MAYHEW
*
"The ideal tyranny is that which is ignorantly self-administered by its
victims. The most perfect slaves are, therefore, those which blissfully
and unawaredly ENSLAVE THEMSELVES.'' - DRESDEN
JAMES
*
"Of all tyrannies a tyranny sincerely exercised for the GOOD OF ITS
VICTIMS may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under
robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's
cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity (lust) may at some point be satiated;
but those who torment us for our own good will torment us WITHOUT END,
for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.''
- C.S. LEWIS
*
"The evils of tyranny are rarely seen but by him who RESISTS
it.'' - JOHN HAY 1872
*
"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed
- and thus CLAMOROUS TO BE LED TO SAFETY - by menacing it with
an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.''
- H.L. MENCKEN
*
"It only stands to reason that where there's sacrifice, there's
someone collecting the sacrificial offerings. Where there's service,
there is someone being served. The man who speaks to you of sacrifice is
speaking of slaves and masters, and INTENDS TO BE THE MASTER.''
- AYN RAND
