Here's how to find your powerlevel:
- Take the number of push ups you can do
- Times that by the mulitiples of your bench press through your body weight (for instance if you weigh 200 and you can bench 600, take the # of push ups you can do and times it by 3)
- If you can't do muliples of your body weight on the bench, then do a percentage (if you weigh 200 and can do bench 300, then times the # of push ups you can do by 1.5
- Finally, subtract your age from that and you have your powerlevel
