CRY FOR HELP

I’m crying out for help
yet not a tear has reached my eye
can you not hear me?
Can’t you hear me scream inside?
I’m drowning inside
drowning in my mind
gotta get out...
But can’t get out
can’t escape the pain I feel inside.
Isn’t it enough for you
sure it’s enough for me
I’m bottled up inside myself
no room left to breathe.
Can’t even cry for help
there’s nothing left for me
I’m twisted and turning
I’m inside out
and yet I can’t get out
can’t reach out
There’s nothing left of me.
