The Seb. County Girl’s Softball League located inside Ben Geren Regional Park which is owned by Sebastian County. Ben Geren Park is outside the City Limits of Fort Smith and in the dry part of Sebastian County. Which means that possession and/or consumption of alcohol inside the park is a violation of the law. The Ben Geren Park Police and the Sebastian County Sheriff's Dept. WILL ARREST any and all who are in violation involving alcohol and you maybe bar from the park and the softball complex for a year maybe longer.
