10|29|02 I love shrimp.
I saw the most random thing today: sitting in front of Beam Hall is this giant blow up panda with a sign on it that says I Y shrimp. That's not all, there's this person dressed up as a panda, doing a little jig! Okay, it wasn't really doing a little jig, but there really was a person in a panda suit just chillin like a panda suit was jeans and a t-shirt.
Anyway, I've been pretty busy lately. Which was cool at first, but now it's not cool. From here on out there's no sleep til Brooklyn, or something like that. I drove down with Mali and visited Glenn this weekend. It was...interesting. It was nice to get away from campus though. Something I haven't been doing much the past month or so. Oh! Here's something exciting to look forward to, though: intramural volleyball. My first game is tomorrow, versus some sorority girls. We're gonna whip up on them.
I hope everybody has a fun and spooky Halloween/Nevada Day!

10|14|02 ooops.
It's mid-term week and I have a lot of studying to do. That is, of course, why I am taking the time to update my site. When I think of studying I also get the urge to clean my bathroom, or do some other thing that would take up my time. Isn't that funny.
Just to clear things up, I didn't mean to freak anybody out with my third to last post. That's just the fruit of late nights and moody music alone in a small room. And also, Ben had another funny conversation with my away message that I think I will share with you guys. It went a little something like this:

madmartigan330: did you get all of your residents drunk again last night?
Auto response from pinker sunsets: oops
madmartigan330: linsey linsey linsey
I played volleyball yesterday. It was fabulous to actually play indoors and with a net. I need to brush up on my skills, though. Yeah, except for speed walking to class, that was the first physical activity I did in about a year (for shame). I'm sore today. hehe It feels good, though. I'm looking forward to winter break, I promise I will be at Collier every day. Well...maybe every other day. ^_^
Jon Cho left a deep thought last week that I think a lot of people can identify with. Check it out. I will probably update the deep thoughts and poll this week, since there is so much other stuff I have to do that is more important.

10|12|02 Yes.
madmartigan330: do you like butter-tarts?
Auto response from pinker sunsets: yes
madmartigan330: me too

10|08|02 Word of the day.
ineffable \in-EF-uh-buhl\, adjective:
1. Incapable of being expressed in words; unspeakable; unutterable; indescribable.

10|07|02 A thousand words.
Pictures.
Lately I have had so much on my mind, but I can't put my tangled thoughts into words on this fairy tale webpage. Those shadowy thoughts in shades of gray can't find their place in this stark pink on white. And yet, the sun cannot shine without the dark.
