The Houzle is a ritual that unites us with the
Mother and the Horned One
themselves to power beyond our minds eye.

Use some bread, made of whole wheat, a silver cup of spirits,
and your knife. Put the tip of your knife in the wine, and

say "Great Mother, The Lady, The Beloved, Dark Goddess,
The who are covered by the robes of the meadows.
I ask you to come and appear, to fill my cup with favour,
love, and abundance everyday. Great Queen,
thy blessings give to this sacramental wine in thy wonderous name."

Then touch the tip of thy knife to the bread, and

say "Great Hunter, Beloved Horned One,
Come forth as you hear the call to arms.
Hear thy sacred bell and look upon our art.
I am lost without thee, O Great Horned God.
Fill our nights with your presence. Bless our
lives and sain this sacred bread with your power, might, and wisdom.
May I thrive."

Take a sip of wine and a small portion of bread
and leave the rest outdoors by an Oak Tree for offering.

Say "As I take, so do I give,
of the true family of the Old Faith, I am at one with.
Day into night, living into dead, for into these things,
I am wed."
