Dear Mr. Lower
It is with much regret that this is all I could come up with for rent. It cover's until thursday July 8th 2004. My ex-husband who pay's my alimony has been unable to run the company due to the fact that he has been in training to go to Iraq, or three "hot spot's" here in the US, he could not tell me where they are. I did not receive alimony this month but did sell the couch, dining room table and my entertainment center and came up with enough to cover until the 8th. I am giving you my forwarding address to family cabin in Topinabee. It's the only place the kids and I have to go. I am in debt to my Father already in the thousands from my ex-husband being in training.
I am cleaning the place and fixing all nail holes, and of course you are entitled to my security deposit. I am embrassed by this turn of event's and am sorry for any inconvience this may cause you. My ex-husband is in the Army National Gaurd and I thought they were just homeland type duty, but he is a weapons tech and is trained in exsplosives so I guess they want him and his unit.
I really did try to come up with more, but as it is food has been hard to come by, and every bill I have is behind including 3 bounce checks that if I don't pay they said I will have to go to court. I have never had a bounce check in my life until now and I won't stay here more day's than I can pay for. I'm drowning quickly. The cabin was never intended for fulltime living but it's a roof over our heads. The Government is supposed to transfer his pay to me, but it is not equal to my alimony or the loss of the person who was running the company and I don't know when this is supposed to happen or what they think I'm supposed to do in the mean time.
Again, I am sorry for this.
Sincerly, Kristin Tant
