Be thankful for what you have, who you can be, and who you can love. Don't dwell on what you don't have, or what you might be, or who you might love.......just live for right now.
I try to keep this in mind when I watch the evening news...or any TV for that matter. More killings, more violence, more bad news. In your world, no matter how bad you think you have it, some one out there always has it worse. Maybe we need less self pity and more self confidence. I know we more everything, but isn't that what helped get us into this mess in the first place? More, more, more........be happy with ...enough.
