Get Out!!!....
.Out side that is! Feeling a tad blue? Yeah, we all are...so get outside, anywhere, your yard, a park, a lake, a ocean, river, stream, mountain, hill, Field or take your dog for a walk......just get out side! The fresh air will make you feel better. Yes, it's a scientific fact...no I'm not a scientist though![]()
I do know that without enough Vitamin D, you can be blue-ish feeling and you don't want that! We have enough to be down about these days, so why not give your self something to feel good about....um, that cost's nothing! Walk out your door, fix a little place in your yard to sit and relax....with no TV any where in sight...no news! Just you and perhaps your some one special
. Spring cleaning also can make you feel better. I know it's work but it really can make you feel better! Out with the old and in with the new. Clean out your closets, cupboards, garage, basment....everything. Donate what you can't sell, and have a yard sell with the sell-able stuffies! You might be able to pick up a few extra bucks for your old junk. Spring is here....well....according to the calender anyway....so act like it! Freshen up you and your space!
