HERBS OF DREAMCRAFT
For spiritual protection while sleeping
Burn cedar incense in your bedroom before going to bed. Keep a live hyacinth plant near your bed, or you may sleep with any of the following herbs underneath your pillow: anise seeds,marigold flowers, mistletoe, mullein, purslane, rosemary.thyme or yarrow. These protective magickal herbs will also guard a sleeper against nightmares. psychic attacks, and baleful phantoms of the night.
To facilitate dreams with guidance for love matters.....
Sleep with any of the following herbs above your bed or underneath your pillow: cinquefoil, marjoram, vervain or yarrow.
To help bring on spiritual guidance dreams
Drink a mint tea before retiring for the night or sleep with either Buchu leaves or mint leaves underneath your pillow.
DREAMCRAFT
Many Witches who practice the art of dreamcraft brew a magickal tea-potion from Mugwort and drink it just before going to bed in order to strengthen their psychic and magickal dream powers.
The following herbs have been used by Witches and Spiritual dreamworkers since ancient times to enhance dream recall:
Mugwort, passion flower leaves, and rosemary.Drink any of the three as a magickal tea-potion just before going to bed or sleep with one of them underneath your pillow.
For dream divination and enhance dreams with insights into the future
Burn frankincense,dried jasmine flowers or mugwort as a magickal incense in your bedroom before going to sleep.
A tea potion brewed from mugwort or rosebuds will work also as well, as will sleeping with any of the following underneath your bed: ash leaves, bay leaves, cinquefoil, heliotrope, holly, jasmine flowers, marigold flowers, mimosa, mugwort, onion or yarrow.

The following herbs have been used traditionally by Witches in magickal dream pillows to induce prophetic dream visions: adder's tongue, agrimony, anise, camphor, cinnamon, daisy, holly, hops, ivy, lemon verbena, mandrake root, marigold, mistletoe, mugwort,wormwood, onion, peppermint, rose, Saint John's wort and yarrow.

Drink a tea-potion made from catnip or mint; burn cedar as a magickal deam incense; or sleep with agrimony, catnip, mint, sandlewood or thyme underneath your pillow.
