Dearest Elizabeth,
I'm really fairly new to true love, you've opened my
eyes to what a loving relationship is and should be.
It's seems ages since we met, and that I've already
loved you fo a lifetime, the way we talk...share, give
and take is the most beautiful thing I have ever had
with someone other than my grandma.
Our separation has been difficult for me...I didn't
realize how much I was going to miss you for even this
brief period till you got on that plane, I may change
in the future but "us" being apart will always haunt
me, I need you...want desperately for you to become
one of the focuses in my life real time 24/7, I can't
wait to lavish you with pampering, love, respect, an
companionship, I can't wait for us to be able to take
long walks, make breakfast for the kids, pray and play
together.
As my prior relationship fades into the past I see the
things I've done wrong...or at least the things I
didn't do right...and I'm not saying that I'd go back
and correct them now but there's some hurt there...and
resolvement to not make those kinds of mistakes again.
I believe that you'll be there regardless, but I hope
you will show me if nothing more than by example, as
you've already done, how to go about loving each other
and not making serious relationship endangering
mistakes or omitions. I want nothing more than for you
to be happy and proud to be mine, for you to freely
give your all anytime as I swear I will do for you. I
want you...the love you have to offer...the promise
that "us" holds for our future...you by my side the
two of us in harmony as one.
I'm coming for you Elizabeth, I'm coming across the
world to take you as my wife, not a thing I take
lightly nor do you, you're leaving everything you know
your family your land and country...I'm accepting
responsibility for you and your kids wellbeing, and
soon we'll be making public oathes to each other
before God and everybody to that fact, I'm thinking
about my vows to you, how I'll use this "silver"
tongue God gave me to express what I can't hardly
express in words...only actions, acts...of love.
