Why We Exist
To offer the message of Hope,
Love and Life.
Develop a healthy faith in God.
To be a hospital to the hurting.
To be encouragement to each other.
To learn to love as God
would have us love.
What We Believe
The Bible is the inspired word of God. It's purpose, as brought forth and preserved, is to bring focus to the whole world of the one sent to redeem mankind. That one is Jesus, the Messiah, God's only begotten son, through whom 'all nations of the earth will be blessed' Genesis 22:18. Salvation, then is the foundation of all we believe. Jesus' sacrifice released us from the obligation of the old law and replaced it with one divine commandment of love. To love God, fellow humans and ourselves. This love calls for the action of doing good and helping whenever it is in our power to do so. Making relationships, not rules, take precedence in our lives.
Matthew 22:37-39
What we intend to do
To foster healthy relationships with God, Jesus & each other To teach His love is really unconditional And that healthy faith is focused on God, it is trusting, personal, respectful, balanced, growing and loving. To offer an unconventional service ministering to people who are looking for something different.
What We Practice
Faith that is non-defensive and nonjudgmental. In areas where the scriptures are not explicit, giving way to various interpretations, we choose not to be dogmatic. But leave it up to each person to yield to their own conscience and to the leading of the Holy Spirit. If God is not explicit then we should not be adamant. In showing respect for our differences, we have unity without conformity.
Christianity is a way of living on a day to day basis and promotes the concept of a personal relationship with God in the truest sense of the word. There is nothing wrong with individual's having their own personal beliefs on various Bible issues. So long as they maintain the Christian premise of tolerance for these varied viewpoints. Romans 15:7, 14:1,13
Christian Giving
An offering basket is conveniently placed for anyone who wishes to contribute. Jesus shared the view, it is ones capacity to give and the spirit of giving that count, not only of money, but of time and talents. 'God Loves a Cheerful Giver'
and so do we.
2 Cor. 9:7. Luke 21:1-4
