I’d
like to introduce two great Ramen shops.
Sapporo
is famous for Ramen and there are many Ramen shops. Especially I
recommend these two noodle shops.
One is “GOJOGEN.”

This shop is frequently ranked first in “Ramen
Ranking in Sapporo.” The most popular ramen is “Tonshio-ramen”
(650yen). “Tonshio” means Tonkotsu and Salt soup. The
soup looks heavy, but it’ really plain and mild, so you’ll
never be tired of it. “Shoyu-ramen” (650yen) is also
popular among the regulars. The secret of its popularity is the
shopkeeper’s policy to “Never give up pursuing a satisfying
taste.”
This
is “Tonshio ramen ” (650yen). The soup is milky and
very mild.
This
is “Chashu-Nigiri” (150yen). It isn’t on the menu,
but it is very big and delicious. Try this secret menu sometime!

other place is called “YUSURA.”

The most popular ramen here is “Tonkotsu-ramen”
(700 yen). The soup tastes mild and slightly sweet.
Personally, I like Shoyu-ramen with slices of roast pork. The
pork is very tender and melts in your mouth. This ramen gives me
a feeling of satisfaction. The atmosphere of this shop is always
vibrant. Whenever I go past I see many people forming a long
line, so you had better not go there around lunchtime and
dinnertime. But this ramen is worth waiting for.

is “Tonkotsu ramen”(700yen).
The
pork is rather thick, so you’ll feel fullness after eating.
