Powerboat Superleague Acquires Right To Use Formula Two  (F2) Designation From the Formula One P.R.O.P. Tour In a joint communiqué released today, principals from P.R.O.P. and Powerboat Superleague announced their agreement on the lease and use of the Formula Two (F2) trademark.  The American Power Boat Association class known as SST 120 will now be raced on the Superleague circuit as Formula Two (F2) .  Additionally, Superleague organizers use the terms Formula Three (F3) for the SST 60 class.  SuperSport, when racing with Superleague, will retain its original name since it is a unique class and not restricted to tunnel hulls. What is SST-60? Super stock racing on the water with speeds approaching 100 mph It’s some of the most spectacular racing anywhere and always a crowd favorite. It’s where sponsors get great exposure. It’s power, speed, thrills and excitement. It’s SST-60 racing!

SST-60 Specifications Using a 14 foot tunnel boats and OMC's 56 cubic inch three cylinder engine. This engine uses the production full shift gear case with a nose cone. This powerful little package with racing propellers will run speeds in competition of 80+ mph.
