This is your standard kung-fu move where you flip yourself up from off your back. This move is easy once you get your timing right.
Start by laying down on the ground. Then tuck in your legs and roll up onto your upper back (right below your neck). Then put your arms back like you're rasing the roof so they're pushing against the floor.
Now here's the tricky timing part: first you kick up and out with both legs at the same time. then, as you feel your body start leaving the ground, push with your arms to give you an added push. You should keep your stomach muscles tight so that your upper body flows after your legs.
When you first start doing this you will fall back down a lot but Keep with it
and soon it'll be easy for you.
