Helicopter

1)Start out by squatting down on your left foot and have your right foot extended at about 4 o'clock. Both your hands should be onthe floor in front of you.

2)Now that you got the starting position down you can get goin'. Move you right leg out n front of you in a circular motion. Don't let your leg hit your hands. When you bring it in front of you, lift your hand over your leg and put it back down.

3)Bring your right leg under and around your body like the hands on a clock and hop over your leg with your crouched foot.

Repeat Steps as many times as desired, can be linked with most moves
