Aerobics classes
Aerobics is a good way to start or return to exercise if you haven't done any recently. But if you're a man over 35 or a woman over 45, and haven't done much exercise recently or you've been ill, or are recovering from an accident or illness, be sensible, check with your medical practitioner before starting any type of exercise at all to make sure it's safe for you. Aerobics is for All Stages & Ages. Take the classes at your own pace, start out easy and slow and step up the pace as you get fitter. Attend regularly and you'll be surprised just how quickly you'll get fitter and how much better you'll feel.
