Long Shen
1955-1999
Long Shen passed away on December 26, 1999 after a short illness. Long only just rejoined us in the Sasebonians on December 12, 1999. "We had only just begun."
Really saddened to hear about Long. I was looking forward to seeing him at one of our reunions. Long was a quiet, but great guy. A real loss for us all.

I'm really sadden to hear about Long, just when we thought we could catch up on the last 20-25 years, he's gone. My sympathy to his family.

Yes, my condolences to Long's family also. I agree with Fred, Long, when we knew him was a quiet and great guy..witha sneaky sense of humor that popped out just when you least expected it. May you rest in peace, good friend.

I'm just devastated to hear about Long! I remember him the same way...a quiet, nice guy with that great sense of humor! He always amazed me with his accomplishments...here was a Chinese (?) guy making top grades at an English speaking school in Japan, cracking us up in our Spanish class! (MaryAnn, remember the fried bananas?) I really regret that I didn't keep in touch over the years....I'm saddened knowing that he isn't out there anymore, making the world better. I'll certainly miss him.
