The Official Alliances of the world. This is where you find out who is officially allied with whom. Un-official alliances are also permitted. For an alliance to become official, all parties must sent an e-mail to the GM at smccarroll@oplink.net informing the GM of the alliance and any conditions that might apply. To ally with an NPC nation, contact the GM along with a message to the NPC nation. Note: Most Alliances with NPC nations and groups are void once a player picks that nation. Vice versa is true if a player no longer controls the nation. I will begin to enforce that now.
