Team Projects:
A research on the structure of a Koç Holding’s plant was assigned as a team project . Over the course of the year, problems had to be identified, solutions had to be analysed and implemented. This experience certainly helped me develope teamwork, organization and communication skills. Another team project was to anlyse the effectiveness and the efficiency of the labor force within a plant.

Work Experience
Summer 1998:
I have completed my first internship at a subunit in one of the two largest companies in Turkey, SABANCI HOLDING-BOSSA. I worked in production management and quality control departments. In these subsystems I have had the privilege to experience how the structure of a production company works and the kind of strategies they use to succeed in their field.
Summer 1994-Present:
I have been working in all departments at a hotel during all my vacations. HOTEL MERMAİD,ALANYA, TURKEY
This experience helped me grasp the true concept of personal relations. In addition, I had an opportunity to learn business life at an early age.Later on, I have had the chance to apply my theoretical knowledge, which I gained during my college years, while working in hotels during vacations. Working in turistic hotels opened my eyes to a world of different cultures which I have never seen before. This caused for me to find greater interest in other nations’ cultures and people.

Positions of Responsibility:
In the second year of my degree, I took an active part in the Student business Society, AIESEC. I had significant personal responsibility for the organization of a highly successful careers days attracting support from 80 major UK employers.
I had an active role in the human resources team.
Skills & Qualifications When I was a member of AISEC, I had attended courses on body language, presantation and interdependency skills.
Qualifications:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and regular user of Excel Spreadsheets, Power Point and Word for Windows, also computer language programs such as Borland Pascal, Fortran.
Using my knowledge of English in the business environment, and having close contact with Dutch and German people in Alanya during summers helped me to practice and improve my English.
Interests
Badminton:
I have played badminton on the University team..
Every winter I take up step aerobics. I also enjoy walking, hiking and jogging.
