Size: Seven to five feet long. Approximately four feet tall at the shoulder.
Weight: 150 to 200 pounds approximately.
Color: Black, Dark Brown
Fur: Thick, but not shaggy.
Eyes: Often described as "blazing"
Horns: Some witnesses claim that the Howler has horns. The horns have been explained away as merely tufts of hair sticking up in the air like the ones on Lynxes.
Beard: Some witnesses claim that the Howler has a beard like a goat.

Interesting Characteristics


Roar: The Howler is believed to be able to give out a very loud howl. Hence the name "Howler".
Jumping: Capable of leaping fifteen feet straight up.
Running: Up to forty miles per hour.
Diet: Probably Carnivorous. Deer, armadillos, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, and oppossum are all possible sources of food.
